I was trying to order food at 940P. M. the restaurant closes at 10. The doors to the building were locked and no one was in the drive through, so I left and then looked up the hours of operation, stating that it would be open. Till 10 PM I ended up going over to Dairy Queen to get my food, Since no one seem to be at Subway, even though the lights were on and the sign said open.
While in the drive-thru at Dairy Queen I see movement inside Subway. I took a few pictures to show that people were in there, but did not take my order and pretended to be closed. There are very few options at night in laconia to get food and this to have workers not stay open until the posted sign. I feel the manager should know.

Ok seriously this is the worst experience I have had at subway EVER. Super slow when we were the only people in the drive thru line (the only open option to order) and then we received our food like this. I ordered the Buffalo chicken, there’s barely any Buffalo sauce on the sandwich at all and to top it off I ordered EXTRA Buffalo sauce and it still came like this. My husband got the steak and cheese and look at how little effort they put into it, it honestly looks disgusting. So disappointed and it honestly makes me not want to return to a subway again.

Is one of the most modern looking Subway’s ever been to. Filled with self-service stations where you can order your own Subs. Also have a drive-thru not like any other Subway. Also the service there was pretty good. I definitely recommend the subway to people.

I just spent $7.50 on this sandwich. I’m completely disappointed. If you guys knew how hard I worked for that $7.50 you’d never disrespect me like this. Not one smile, hello or welcome from the teenagers working behind the counter. You have one job, build my sandwich like you’d build your own, failed. The tall kid that built my sandwich looked new so I’ll give him that, but the short blonde who looked like she wanted to burn the place down with everyone in it has been there, no excuse.

Hate having do poor review but repeated the quality of food has been awful. I ordered a steak footlong receny and the mear was mushy, tasted spoiled, the bread has drastically changed in quality and size over the last 2 decades I ate at subway. It’s…unno if really bread but at this point if it is its so gooey, tasteless, and processed…. With competition in the city that is Jersey Mikes and Jimmy John’s, who’s bread is 10x better, taste fresh and like bread.
After getting my steak sandwhich and taking a few bites, I just tossed it, it soo bad…the spoiled meat taste I can’t get out of my mouth.
I’m sorry, for fast food joints, avoid subway, it is not “eat fresh”, as this was not the first disappointment I had from them but it will be the last for me.

30 minutes in line for the tiniest salad I’ve ever paid full price for! No silverware or salad dressing for salad. Cookies tasted like crunchy cardboard, stood at counter for water and two staff people saw me and neither helped. Missed part of my order and then tried to charge me again for missing items! Never going back!!!!

I ordered a Philly cheese foot-long on a multi grain bread, and It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway. They forgot my pepper jack cheese added, and my provolone cheese added very little chewy steak
I don’t believe that it had mayo on it like it was supposed to, and I didn’t even seem like the toasted it because I couldn’t really tell because it was cold and I didn’t have provolone or pepper jack to melt on top of it. I was gonna go to Jersey Mike’s. And I decided to go to Subway, which was a mistake for the money. I paid at Subway and had a bad sandwich. I could’ve had a really good sandwich at Jersey Mike’s for a little bit more.

At first I was a bit frustrated with the person making our sandwiches and a salad but then a woman came over to help and was very friendly. I didn’t catch her name but she has worked for subway for, I think she said 30 years! She lightened the mood and made my husband’s meatball sub and even cut the bread the way they used to back in the day. We would come back again.
