First time there today. It was more spacious than I thought and the service was super quick, as we were lucky to catch them during some down time. Cashier/waitress was super friendly, seating us and asking if we were ready to order. Ordered some drinks and two pho bowls which they must’ve given us our food in less than 10 minutes. The pho we ordered arrived with the noodles not too soft with the hot steaming broth. One sip of it and we knew it was going to be good. After enjoying our food, we ordered a dish to go and even that, the pig ear, was so good and tender. We will for sure be making more stops in the future if ever in town again! Amazing little spot that everyone should enjoy!

I eat pho on average, twice a week and all over the country. Their broth here is amazing! Just enough sweet to make it super tasty. There is a little more fat than I like on my rare steak, but that is personal preference. I would definitely recommend this place for the pho

Ordered the bahn mi fries with tofu for delivery. Amazing! The fries held up well and pickled veggies really made it! Would get again and I’m interested in dining in and trying more items!

This place is alright. Came here a few times and got rice plates and I would always get cold hard rice mix in with my warm rice. I don’t know if you guys mix the old rice with new rice or just don’t clean the rice cooker or pot good enough but please make sure to make freshly made rice. Also the chicken teriyaki is not chicken teriyaki. Literally it’s stir fry. It even says it on the description “stir fry”. Name is confusing. Especially if you expect something and it comes out as something else. I suggest change the name of the dish or actually make chicken teriyaki.

I recently visited Time Pho Boba at 1124 Oro Dam Blvd E F in Oroville, and I was very impressed! The drinks here are absolutely delicious, and you can really taste the difference in the authentic, high-quality ingredients they use. I tried the Mango Escape, and it was refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet – just perfect.
The customer service is outstanding. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and really takes the time to make sure every customer has a great experience. The shop itself is very clean, well-maintained, and has a nice, quiet atmosphere to enjoy your drink.
Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of what you get. This is definitely a local gem, and I’ll be returning soon for my next drink.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. I have known the owner for years and she is very good at accommodating and making sure you are a satisfied customer before leaving her restaurant. Thank you Che.
Recently, the Quickly Restaurant has changed its name to Time Pho Boba. Management and staff are unchanged and they still offer the same great service. I have included a menu for your viewing as well as price.
The evening temperature has gotten colder and my wife and I couldn’t think of anything better to eat than a nice, hot bowl of soup. Tonight, we decided to try a new soup on the menu called Kasoy. I have included a photo to show the exciting dish. Ingredients would include ground pork, shreaded chicken meat, Ho Fun noodles, shrimp, meatballs, jalapenos, scallons, bean sprouts, basil, with a slice of lime to be squeezed into the soup for extra flavoring. This is a highly recommended soup for the price. Unlike the other restuarants, they also have a large selection of desserts that are worth trying. Go and check them out!!!! Great family atomosphere.

Food was good came out fast. The services was a little meh. They were very nice but after they give you the food they basically leave you alone. I had to remind them about my drink and had to get up and ask them for a to go box but I mean they were really nice
