I have been here a handful of times to collect my thoughts before leaving a review. But man! I have had nothing but amazing visits! Food is absolutely delightful! The Idaho burrito is big with crispy potatoes and great flavor- sooo good. The carne asada quesadilla is just melty goodness and tonight I decided to get a carne salad and I am in heaven! The gentleman working the window tonight was young, very upbeat and had wonderful customer service. I love this place!!

I tried quesadilla al pastor with guacamole! Pastor is very flavorful, quite salty if you like it that way, and I enjoyed the onions and cilantro that were also inside the quesadilla. Also, I forgot to bring lunch to work, so I was grateful that Rapido Burrito was truly rápido! I ate it so fast too. Staff were friendly and helpful and made my afternoon today. I am looking forward to returning to try nachos, tacos, & rice bowls.

This was my first visit to Rapido Burrito, and overall I liked the burrito I got. The flavors were all good, and the ingredients all seemed fresh – except the rice which was overcooked and mushy. However, there wasn’t very much meat in the burrito, which was bulked up by a lot of refried beans. I would go here again, but this would not be my first choice for burritos in the area.

This is one of the most slept on mexican food. The portions are great for the price, and the staff is always amazing. I was sad when the location on Emerald shut down as it was literally 2 minutes from work, but I do stop by the Fairview spot a few times here and there. The owner is cool as heck too and served me at the window a few times! Give this place a try, the tacos al pastor are the best I’ve had in idaho!

We just wanted to share what a great first experience we had at the restaurant! The staff was very kind and we got our food quickly. Everything is hot and the Pico In the burrito tastes so fresh! Everything was clean. The crispy potatoes in the breakfast burrito are next level! Can’t wait to come back and try more!

I order the Idaho burrito without pico every single time I come here and every time other than once they’ve put pico on it. They’ve done this with everything we’ve ever ordered with substitutions.
Additionally, they do not live up to the name “Rapido” burrito. They take forever for even the smallest of orders. I really like the food here, but there probably needs to be a reevaluation on current employees.

Finally the burritos we’ve all been waiting for. The crispy potatoes inside make it mind blowing. Haven’t had a burrito this good since my last time in SoCal. The tortilla soft the salsa is clearly homemade. The staff was super friendly and nice and just like advertised it came out incredibly fast. Might have to come back tonight for a breakfast burrito. (And a second some other review reviews that said the place was clean!) we need one down in Boise so I don’t have to drive out to Meridian all the time!!! Thanks for a great experience. I’ll be back many more times.

The wait was no existent. The woman running the drive thru got with me, literally the moment i had made my choice.
She was kind and accomodated my ‘no meat’ request.
My order was made while we handled the money transaction. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
The burrito i ordered… Breakfast burrito with no meat… Was one the best ever. The tortilla was crispy, the ingredients(eggs, potato, cheese) were all perfectly prepared. Light and fluffy potatoes, eggs were clearly made to order and had chunks of egg at the right size. The cheese was perfectly melted.
Even the salsa had a unique flavor that no other restaurant of this type has.
