I went there to get food around 11am for breakfast, but saved the rest for lunch time. While eating my leftovers I discovered 2 pieces of hair embedded into the sauce of the broccoli beef. I had called to let them know, so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They offered to replace my plate if I went back in the same day, but I did not have the time to do that. I’m simply not eating at this location again because multiple pieces of hair in one plate is very disgusting.

I ordered a family meal online to enjoy the meal with my family in the restaurant. When I picked up my order I asked if I could buy 4 child sized drinks for my children ages 11, 9, 7, and 3. The sales person said I’d have to buy 4 child’s meals if I wanted the child sized drinks and that they don’t sell the child sized drinks by themselves. I ended up being forced to buy 4 small drinks which was way too huge for my younger kids for $2.50 each. This was on top of spending $47 and change for a family meal.
I am really disappointed at this location for resorting to this type of sales tactics to squeeze money out of families like mine. We already bought a family meal and then they tell me I’d have to buy 4 kids meals to get 4 kids size drink cups? Give me a break. What an insult. I’m sorry, but I will not support this location any longer for this reason.

One of the most popular fast food restaurants across island, but still worth its price for a meal, because it’s not just fast food, it’s actual food with vegetables, meat, soups, etc. Pre-cooked before you come inside ready to put on a plate and go.
And perfect for when you’re hungry after work and don’t want other fast foods like burgers and fries because it is satisfyingly fulfilling.
They are now dine in again as long as you show your covid vaccination card.
And thank you to the employee who asked if we wanted refills on our drinks before she got to cleaning up for the night. ♡

This Panda Express is in Mililani. The Wahiawa Panda Express is waaaay better. Food looks the same but not tasty. Fried rice a little dry, honey walnut shrimp bland, lacking the sweetness of honey and the shrimp was too tough, beef broccoli sauce too strong and funny kine salty. However, broccoli cooked to perfection and retained nice green color.
Sad that even in California never had such bland tasting food, and we felt Hawai’i’s Panda Express had far better tasting food.

This location needs Improvement, A lot Employees working, NO Customer Service! Yet Hardly Had Any Food To Choose From IT was Empty. Wish I Had My Phone,, I’d take a picture. Then I had to Repeat myself 3 Times . Lost me as a Customer. I ❤❤❤❤ WAHIAWA PANDA EXPRESS WAY BETTER!!!

I’m actually in Panda Express Mililani & wanted to share my experience before I forget. I came in tonight at a very slow time there was not a whole lot of each food left as it was after the dinner rush. I ordered two plates & a bowl some of my order had to be cooked which is fine I’ve been coming here for a while. But what stood out to me was the worker one in particular Gil he was very welcoming & pleasant. As I was waiting he asked if I wanted some water while I waited. All while keeping me updated on the status of my food. He was such a bright spot in the night. Keep up the great work Gil I appreciate your kindness & professionalism!

Went there today (7/7/24 11:45am) and they were short handed employees. Manager (female) and 2 workers in the midst of lunch hour. Customers lining up with orders, food started to run low then some customers having to wait as did us. Manager was doing ALL the cooking and 2 workers handling the front. This crew was amazing! Manager handled everything so smoothly and professionally. Had to tell the Manager she was magnificent. Food was super fresh. Corporate should recognize this Manager and 2 workers!

Great customer service workers are pretty fast. Clean. I love panda express one of me and my kids favorite food. But there are times when you can tell vegetables are soggy and looks like they don’t stir the food often cause look like the new meat is on top and the old meat that’s soaked are at the bottom. But I still love pandas.

I’m finding myself going back to Panda Express frequently. Very convenient and lots of good dishes. What I do is get the three choice plate and save half for my next meal. It’s really not expensive when you do that. My go to dishes are orange chicken, beef broccoli and teri chicken. Once in a while I’ll try something else but pretty much that’s it. The young ladies behind the counter are always so pleasant. This is definitely a high recommendation from me.
