Had delivered and was hot, fresh and delicious. My only complaint would be that I wish the crust could’ve been a little crispy. I ordered the Joe’s special with no green peppers and extra mozzarella. The flavor is amazing the sauce. It’s probably the best sauce I’ve had other than my own. I am a truck driver and was broke down so I ordered some dinner. I will definitely order from Joe’s again.

I love pizza and I always had a fondness for Giordano‘s in Chicago and a few times a year. I would pony up for the $125 for two pieces to be put on dry ice and shipped to you. but since I found Joe’s pizza here in Herculaneum, Missouri, all that is over their pizza is absolutely delicious. The crust is spot on. She’s a delicious toppings and not recommended enough. If you’re a fan of the Chicago style they also have the regular thin crust and thick crust pizza as well. If you enjoy pizza you won’t be disappointed.

I want to start by saying the food at Joe’s is good. Not everything we tried, like the breadsticks, is something we’d order again, but they were fine for what they were. Pizza has always been consistently good and enjoyable.
My main issue is with the salads. I really appreciate a good salad, and Joe’s offers some great options with fresh ingredients—when they’re made correctly. The first time we ordered, we received the completely wrong salad. The staff offered a credit, but I wanted the salad I ordered, since it was supposed to be my dinner and lunch for the next day. They brought me a new one, and all was good—we were happy!
The next time we ordered, everything was awesome, and I figured the first time was just a mistake—those things happen. I thought they had things running smoothly.
Unfortunately, the third time I ordered a salad, I requested no tomatoes or blue cheese. While I can pick off tomatoes if necessary, there’s not much I can do about blue cheese crumbles. The salad arrived with both tomatoes and blue cheese, and to top it off, there was no dressing included. We called again, and while they offered a credit, I really just wanted the right salad. They said they would send it out (we live less than two miles away), but after waiting for a while, they called back to say they were now out of lettuce. Frustrating, but I accepted the credit.
We waited a week, but the credit never arrived. Still hoping for a better experience, we gave Joe’s one last try, this time ordering through DoorDash instead of the Joe’s app. We ordered the same salad, but once again it arrived with blue cheese crumbles and tomatoes. My husband called to discuss the ongoing issue and to mention that we were still waiting for the promised credit. The person he spoke with offered a free meal, but what we really wanted was an actual apology for the repeated poor service, not more food.
At this point, we’re just very disappointed. I wish there was more attention to detail and follow-through on customer concerns, because the food itself is good, but repeated mistakes have made it hard to want to order again.

Got a large Chicago plain and small Hawaiian thin crust for fifty bucks. They look better than they taste. The sauce is too sweet for me and not worth the price but the workers were nice and on top of things

We recently had the pleasure of experiencing Joe’s Pizza for the first time, as we are new to the area. Upon our arrival, a young man at the window courteously took our order. His politeness and helpfulness were truly commendable. I felt terrible because I did not have any cash to tip him, but I will be back and make it up. However, that did not seem to bother him one bit. I had to ask his name, and he replied with Joey. We were delighted to discover upon returning home that not only was the service exceptional, but the pizza itself was also excellent.

I purchased family meal online. Order was ready on time. Easy drive thru pick up. Lots of food for a good price. Loved the breadsticks. Ceasar salad was amazing. Pizza was good but the crust was chewy.

Just be aware they’re carry out and delivery only. We watched another party of 5 or more who wanted to eat in at this location, like we did. They went down the plaza. We wanted to try the pizza at a dine in. The Columbia Illinois location was only another 30 minutes away. It was not good, as far as the smell. It was musty, moldy and more. Blech. So don’t bother driving there.
