Tried the toast today and I’m going back tomorrow again to try a bowl!
This is literally some of the BEST I’ve had.
Had the Greek goddess and the berry toast.
So. Dang. Good.
Fresh. Crunchy. Perfect.
Only a Picture of the berry toast, because I took one bite and the Greek goddess was gone.

Holy moly! What a little gem of a find this was. We we’re driving through on our RV adventure from Dallas to Colorado and needed some grub. Finding something healthy to eat in small towns can be challenging so I was surprised to see this food truck. We stopped and were blown away. We got a green machine and a acai smoothie along with the beary toast, power toast and the mamma Mia toast. We have a 2 and 4 year old and they devoured the beary toast and both smoothies. The only thing I’d change about this place is that it was closer to our home!

Heather was so kind whenever I first tried her amazing OG açaí bowl after originally wanting to try the Beach Blast. My only regret was not getting a bigger size…also, I did get to try the Beach Blast the following week and it’s my absolute favorite!!
