From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt so welcomed.I was especially impressed with how knowledgeable the workers are about food allergies. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained ingredients clearly, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable ordering—which truly means a lot.The food was delicious, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked. This was our first time here so I tried the 2×3 and did level 0 and level 1. I also got a side of the corn fritters! The wings and tenders were so good, it had a little heat to level 1 but it was great! Crispy and juicy chicken! The fritters were so good! They have the best refreshing frozen lemonade. The food came out in a good time and it was hot and fresh! The food was bagged for take out but we ate inside! Cool space with a few tables, not crowded! Mikalah took our order and she was so sweet and helped out a first time visitor! Can’t wait to come back!

So. Good. My whole family ordered this for takeout after my kid was born, and we have no regrets. They had a huge order ready in less than 10 minutes. Also, I’m a chicken snob, but this place exceeded expectations. I mean: I’d choose this over Popeye’s and Chick fil-A and Raising Cane’s, and I love those other places. My reasons are:
1. The garlic cheese curds are to die for, and no other chicken place has anything that can compare.
2. The white cheddar mac n cheese is super good, on par with Chick fil-A’s and Popeye’s.
3. The fries are super crispy, even after a 10-minute drive home.
4. I used to live in the South, and I miss chicken & waffles. Well, I don’t have to miss them anymore because Chuck’s offers it, and it’s amazing.
5. The tenders are so crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside, on par with Raising Cane’s.
6. The chicken sandwich is delicious, on par with Chick fil-A’s.
7. Chuck’s sauce is super similar to Chick fil-A sauce, which my family dips everything in.
8. The spice. Idk how they’re able to so perfectly control the spiciness, but it’s perfection. My kids don’t do spicy, so their “0” level was perfectly plain. My wife and I appreciate spice though, and I can tell you that “1” and “2” are perfectly sufficient. “1” makes your whole mouth tingly. “2” makes you want to have a drink in between bites regularly. Anything more than that is only for the brave. But it’s amazing how accurately they can control the spice to a level no other chicken place can.
This place shot to the top of my list.

Love a good chicken sandwich and this place went above and beyond. My level 3 sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the heat was fine. The fries are so much better than they have any right being. The chicken strips were super juicy and had a decent amount of heat (level 2).
The place itself was spotless and the staff were super friendly and they look like they enjoy being there! Great place! Will be back soon!!

First time here and wow, I’m impressed! You’re thinking it’s just another chicken place but I’m here to tell you this is worth a trip. The chicken sandwich and tenders were really good quality and not dry at all. I can really appreciate a simple menu these days too – no need to over-complicate things. Will definitely return.

This place is tiny with little seating available. The chicken and fries were fresh but not incredible. We purchased a sandwich, fries, and a small lemonade. It was $20!! Maybe the tenders are a better value, but that is outrageous!!! They also didn’t care if it was to go or not. We were served in cardboard boxes and a plastic bag. When I asked for a knife she wasnt sure if they even had one?! Then brought out a utensil packet. This is not my style.

I really wanted to like it but almost $19 for chicken sandwich, topped with coleslaw and side and ranch is absurd. Food is average at best. All the breading falls off as you try to eat it. Also, took 15 minutes because the printer jammed which I understand happens. Also, .92 for runny ranch. All and all save your money. Plenty of better and cheaper chicken places. The cashier was very nice that’s the only positive.

Been following along on Instagram for a bit and finally stopped by for lunch last week. It’s a carry out, pickup, delivery only location (no dining in) – just so you know. The guy at the register was super friendly and engaging, welcoming me in right after I got thru the door.
He was kind enough to explain the heat levels for me. 0 is nothing at all. I got the 1 on this first visit. I like some spice and it was super mild. Probably try the 2 next time. I was on my motorcycle and wasn’t prepared to drag my food home so I hadn’t made my mind up about side choices before walking in – again, great customer service here guided me to the homemade green beans (with bacon and onions). I also opted for their house dipping sauce which was explained to me as a sort of blend of honey mustard and bbq sauce.
My order was ready pretty quickly and I made my way out to my bike to go eat at home. I happened to check my bag and realized that the green beans weren’t in there. The guy at counter had a puzzled look on his face when I walked back in “uh oh, what did I forget?” He didn’t do it but he “owned” it; I appreciate it. I explained that I only had tenders in my bag, no green beans. He figured the guy in front of me likely got a double order by accident and he quickly grabbed me a serving of beans. He then offered to get me some fries or Mac n cheese for my troubles. I felt bad, I was nowhere near upset or anything. But he insisted. I agreed to the Mac and cheese.
The tenders were great! I really enjoyed the sauce. The green beans, even with onions that I worked around, were fantastic! The Mac and cheese was a bit runnier than I prefer so I’d probably try something else next time.
Looking forward to my next visit.

Wow, I mean wow. I’ve Heard good things and decided for myself. When I walked in, I was greeted by their wonderful cashier. Amazing Team overall. And the food. Oh boy. 10/10.
