It looked clean which was good, the food with no one but myself and father was cold and clearly not to order. He ordered 2 hamburgers with no ketchup, extra mustard and extra onions…I ordered with extra ketchup. He got almost no mustard…had to look hard to see it, and very few onions…and was cold, fries cold, big mac cold…basically everything cold. Food came out fast which I assume was sitting back there waiting for a some poor sole to take it. Cant see how this place will succeed with that level of quality.

Ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese, and I got a regular burger, and the lady just complained that this is the quarter pounder. McDonald’s has gone to trash service. i do not recommend this to anyone.

Let me say… for the first time in my life I am posting about a McDonalds…I have been to many high end restaurants all over the world. The service here was impeccable! Jennifer Venancio was so helpful and gracious along with the leadership of the manager Leticia. Great crew! I pray they are appreciated… I do!

WARNING! This McDicks will have you leaving complaining about something! Everytime, they NEVER even get close to filling the fry containers and they’re cold as if the order just sat there and I live 5 minutes away. Not to mention the burgers always have something off with them, whether it’s just the smallest tomato for a Big Mac or undercooked chicken or wrong toppings or just the complete wrong order. You would expect the newest McDonalds to have somewhat of a grasp onto things but go eat at GCTC mcdonald’s, you’ll have better luck. Or just no McDonalds cause all of their employees don’t do their job.

Avoid!!! The orders are always incorrect items and meals are always missing and the food is cold. The worker was rude. My family and I have ordered through the mobile app two times. The past two times they have forgotten entire meals, the fries are cold ,the presentation of the food is sloppy. This is very frustrating and concerning when you spend almost $60 for six people. I don’t understand how entire meals could be forgotten. I would avoid this McDonald’s, you will be disappointed when they forget your meal. Apparently having an order for more than 4 people is WAY TOO HARD for this crew . There are plenty of other great locations very close by that have exceptional customer service that assures you get what you paid for. It’s pathetic they could forget to put a burger in a bag , a WHOLE meal? Not once folks BUT twice. I will be disputing my credit card and not returning to this establishment. So now I have to deal with the stress and time of making sure my credit card gets credited back because McDonald’s makes it a run around. I can’t get any refund on the app, how convenient. Fool me once fool me twice I’m done with McDonald’s way better food around here and the same price too

This review is just for Brenda! I wish she worked more nights. I love coming thru the drive thru to someone who is super communicative and sweet! There’s some guy that works at the window at night mumbles and doesn’t give a single care in the world every other night tho.

Brand new location. Definitely set up to handle drive thru and app orders. 4 kiosks to order from, and an occasional staff at counter. Smaller seating area. Very clean and fast to get my order. Super convenient right off 75 and Alico

I’m honestly impressed — I didn’t know it was possible for food to be both desert-level dry and drowning in sauce at the same time. I ordered a simple #1 with no pickle. That’s it. Not a NASA launch sequence. Not “The Da Vinci Code.” Just no pickle.
What I got? A burger so dry I needed a search warrant for moisture. I took three bites and had to stop because I was pretty sure my throat was going to file a worker’s comp claim. And somehow, despite being drier than the Sahara, it was also slathered in so much sauce it looked like the sandwich had lost a fight with a bottle of Thousand Island dressing.
I threw it out. Immediately. Dramatically. Like a bad breakup.
Never again. If I wanted to experience this level of disappointment, I’d just check my bank account instead.
Oh, and of course — I also had to pull off to the side and wait for my order. They pull this trick so they can keep the drive-thru time under 2 minutes for corporate, making it look like everything’s running smoothly and management is on top of things. Spoiler: they’re not.

Breakfast starts at 4am…. everyday for the past week y’all don’t have any food ready and its 4:20 when I show up. Get it together….yall should have Breakfast items ready to serve by 4am. I understand the system reboots or whatever but that shouldn’t stop you from preparing food.
