Stopped by Ralph’s Ices in Mineola and ordered the passion fruit ice , it was incredibly refreshing, flavorful, and hit the spot on a warm day. The cashiers at the front were genuinely kind and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they care about the service just as much as the product. With so many flavors to choose from and such a friendly vibe, this place is definitely worth a visit. Can’t wait to come back and try something new!

Not quite as good as my first experience. They’re soft serve machine was out of order but their gram cracker cream ice and tortoni cream ice were very good! Staff was helpful location was very clean and overall our desserts were very good! I love Ralph’s, make sure to get water ice, it’s super unique!

Best ices! The flavors are awesome and there milkshakes taste great too! I love that they have so many “no sugar added” ice flavor options as well! Lots of healthy water ice options too that are diet friendly

I came in last night and the guy who was helping was making a pint for me and some fell on top of the glass of the container. He scooped the icy up from the container GLASS that fell on top and placed it back inside. He should of thrown it out, and cleaned the scooper.

The guy working there today was absolutely disgusting…..I come here all the time with my boyfriend, niece and mother and I purchased a quart yesterday I do not recommend for the future as the guy couldn’t even help us we brought it back because the container cracked and the guy did absolutely nothing for us….i had to ask for a new container to exchange it with my sticky fingers myself.

Ralph’s is awesome. I got the new Dubai chocolate shake. It was very good, the berries were way too sour which is why the 4 star but aside from that it was a friendly staff, the line moved quickly, and the dessert was refreshing!

A little place on a busy road that only takes cash. But the flavor choices are incredible. My goto flavor is cotton candy. Depending on the size ordered, you can mix flavors. They have water ice, cream ice, ice cream, drinks, plus more. Counter people are excellent. They know exactly where to go for each flavor.
The only complaint is that it’s cash only, but that keeps the line moving.
