Amazing Food Amazing views. The owner came and talked to us gave us free beer for having to wait. Gave us advice about the town. I will definitely be back !

In Stanley with family for the day. Group of 12 and they were short staffed. Excellent service excellent food! We will go there again. Even with it being busy and them being short staffed that day we never ignored as some restaurants do. Especially when you show up with a big group. Water glasses, soda glasses asked if any other refills needed often! Great place great people!

Water was soapy tasting, waitress was not “with it” there was enough grease on the food you could have saved to cook breakfast, the fries were burnt and soggy. The help “played” outside while we sat inside. Terrible atmosphere!

Well, i didnt get food poisoning. And pbr is two dollars, which ain’t badd. tbh i cannot recommend this place. I have been traveling for three weeks eating exclusively garbage and canned costco chicken and this somehow managed to be both the worst and the most expensive meal of my vacation. There’s a gas station down the way that i would rec. not finna be rude but, ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Reno is AMAZING. Such a friendly attitude and amazing service. Bridge Street is lucky to have him. I went back with parents to have my mom try the coconut shrimp and my dad have one of their burgers, and they were just as impressed as I was. I also wanted to come back to talk with Reno again haha. If you have him as your server, you will have a wonderful experience. Their food is amazing and high quality. I always recommend people to come here and have the amazing experience I always have. The food is always top tier quality and they are FAST!

My husband and I ate here after a 16 mile hike to Twin Lakes. It was so refreshing to sit down next to the river and enjoy an ice cold beer! We both had the trout, which was outstanding. We finished it off with a piece of strawberry rhubarb pie a la mode. So glad we did! It tasted like a good, old-fashioned home-cooked meal. The service was great, the deck was amazing and the atmosphere can’t be beat! I wish we lived closer so we could go back!

First time eating there. There was no outside table available, so they let us hang out upstairs in the outdoor/bar area until one was available with a beer on them. The view was outstanding and the food was incredible! My husband and I both got steaks and they were the best steaks we have had by far! Better than Texas Roadhouse and Outback steakhouse! The service was phenomenal, very friends people and the live music was a wonderful bonus!

Bridge Street Grill rocks. This place is located right on the Salmon River and gives you the best view in Stanley, Idaho. And the food is great. You can stay simple with a good burger and fries, or enjoy great trout and steaks. The service was awesome. Brittany took care of us on the upper deck. We were there recently for a family reunion. One night, Brittany served 8 of us a wonderful meal. We liked it so much than on the final night of our reunion, we called and Bridge Street Grill was able to accommodate all 27 of us on the upper deck. Again, Brittany was fantastic and took care of all of us. Bridge Street is a must-stop place when visiting Stanley.

Would strongly recommend AGAINST dining here. The service was awful and painfully slow (took 21 minutes to get a beer – ate our meal with nothing to drink). Not friendly at all. The food was not good. My son’s mac and cheese was boxed kraft. The steaks were rubbery and tasted like what you get out of the back of a truck. The calamari appetizer was clearly processed frozen food. The only thing about this place that resembled a steak house was the price. There are much better options less than a mile away.

Location is about all this place has going for it. It was a bit chilly to dine upstairs overlooking the beautiful Salmon River so we had to dine inside. Upstairs, they didn’t have the fireplace going and it would have been nice if they had way to close things in some. Inside, however, was cozy and the decor was fun. We got seated near the front of the house which felt a bit cramped for the larger group we had and it was the only way for people to go to the back so people were moving past us all the time.

Service was mediocre. The waitress did mention she was “new” but you’d hope they’d be able to hire someone at least competent to begin with. You could tell she was “trained” to constantly suggest up-sell items.

Food was seriously overpriced for the quality and portions. It felt like everything on the menu had fine print of some sort. I believe even the french fries were an additional charge on some items… probably sauces as well. Among our party we ordered a variety of items from burgers to salads. Fried foods were super greasy, salmon was dry, etc. Nothing felt “worth it”.

At the end we weren’t able to split up checks even though we told them up-front and they agreed. The waitress offered to “do the math” for us so we could take care of it ourselves. It took a good 10 min before we had numbers and I couldn’t believe the totals each “check” had as she read them off. We had one person pay and used Apple Pay to pay them back. Who knows how else we got “ripped off” but we were all ready to just get out of there.

Maybe it’s a favorite for the locals but for tourists passing through it didn’t compare to restaurants elsewhere. It sounds like the beer/wine selection might be worthwhile? Maybe that’s the key to enjoying the food and forgiving the service… getting drunk first. How else would someone rate this 5 out of 5 stars? Seriously.

I don’t think I’d ever go back and can’t recommend it to others. It’s unfortunate for such a nice location.
