My husband,a girlfriend and I had dinner and cocktails. Hubby and I had the fish and chips, best I have ever had, thick white fish with fresh cut fries and homemade tarter sauce. Amezing. I had the most wonderful Irish coffee that Sky made for me, so good I had to have a second one. Hubby and our friend had Irish beer. Our friend had the evening special of seafood chowder served in a bread bowl, she told us it was a wonderful chowder. Needless to say we had our desert to go. Sky, Matt and Daniel were our pub attendees and they were all top shelf. We wanted for nothing and there service was above and beyond. I didn’t find out the name of our cook was, but he also was excellent, thank you sir for a wonderful meal. And thank you to all of you for making our visit exciting and exceptional. We will go back again soon.

We went to dinner tonight in Sebring and found a rare gem. The food was outstanding, and the entire experience felt intentional from start to finish.

The waitstaff, bartenders, and owner were all attentive, welcoming, and genuinely proud of what they serve. This is an establishment that does things the right way — no seed oils, no preservatives, and everything made in-house. Even the fried fish was cooked in beef tallow, which is almost unheard of these days.

The hotel itself was just as impressive. The rooms are very clean, modern, and thoughtfully done, with crisp white linens that feel fresh and upscale.

It’s rare to find this level of care, quality, and integrity in a small town. This place is absolutely worth going out of your way for, whether you’re passing through Sebring or planning a special stop.

What a wonderful Pub!
Update 11-8-25
We’ve visited 7 times now. Each time it keeps getting better! Did you know they have Irish coffee as well?!
The food keeps getting better and better!
Here’s my original review.
The beer is heavenly, and the food is out of this world!
We have visited several times and have fast found our faves of the menu.
Everything has been delicious, flavorful, and most importantly… authentic!
The staff is so kind and welcoming, but also fun!
The bangers were our barometer as far as whether it was authentic or not… as bangers are one of our favorite Irish and British foods. Well, these are, in fact, authentic Irish bangers 110%. Love love, love everything we have tried so far!
Let’s talk beer real quick…. their traditional Irish beers are top-notch. It’s the atmosphere that adds to it…. you do not feel like you are in sebring… you feel transported to somewhere else… on a holiday relaxing and just enjoying life.
We will be returning again and again. We are so happy that we have a real Irish pub in our hometown!
This is our own personal Cheers pub where they see us walk in and know we would like 2 smit’iks and either bangers and mash or fish and chips.

A very busy place but they keep it clean and running efficiently! Great staff, great food, and an even better ambiance! Thank you for the amazing customer service and drinks. The “serenity” was one of a kind and out of this world. Great live performance as well. Hope to be back soon! Thanks for the fun time.

Not just the best bar in Sebring, but the best Irish pub I’ve been to (at least on this side of the pond).

Fantastic atmosphere, frequent live Irish music, great food. But most importantly: a huge staff for a small pub who treats you like one of their own, from the moment you walk in.

If you’re looking for an unpretentious place to hang out, drink, and have a great night in Sebring, this is it.
This is one of the few bars you’ll leave being on a first name basis with the crew, with genuinely good honest people that are passionate about an authentically awesome experience. Further proof- a long list of regulars who come in almost daily, and equally rave about this pub.
If you expect to be waited on and buttered up by fake, overly cheery bartenders faking it for a good tip – this isn’t the place for you.

Bonus points: if you’re traveling for work or visiting, stay at the Roanoke hotel just above the bar, and find out for yourself how the Gavaghans staff – and the A+ Roanoke hotel will finally make Sebring a trip you’ll actually look forward to.

To Sky, Dani, Dan, Bob, Matt, Sean, and the entire staff – thank you! You have created a pub, experience, and atmosphere that single handedly flips the script on Sebring and makes every visit more memorable than the last, and one I can’t wait to come back to.

Sláinte!

My husband and I visited on Valentine’s Day. The place was busy and hoppin’. We sat outside because it was a beautiful night. The pub inside was the best ambiance of an Irish pub by far. We have been to our fair share of pubs. Love the little hidden nooks. To order you must go to the bar and wait in line to order from the bartenders and leave a tab open (or you can pay for it upfront). I was extremely happy to see they had Magner’s cider on tap. My husband had the Irish coffee. It was the best iris coffee we have had. For dinner my husband had the bangers and mash and I had the scotch egg and Irish eggrolls. The scotch egg was ok, but the sausage on the outside was laid on thick. I believe this caused the egg to be slightly overcooked in the center (trying to cook the sausage through). If the sausage was a bit thinner on the outside I believe it would have been perfect. Flavor wise it was good. The mustard they served it with was great. Tasted homemade. The Irish eggrolls were ok. They are stuffed with corn beef, cabbage and mashed potatoes. Served with the same mustard. My husbands bangers and mash looked so yummy that I actually had to steal a bite of the taters and sauce. I didn’t try the sausage. He said it was good based on comparing it to all the other bangers and mash he had, but for him not the best. I thought it looked the best and the mash and sauce was buttery and yummy.

Rolled into town after being on motorcycle all day in the Florida cold spell and was looking forward to some authentic Shepherd’s pie and Irish beer to warm us.
Bartender was super welcoming and the music was fun and upbeat with Irish tunes.
We put our order in quickly as we were going to lose sunlight in about an hour and we know that Shepherd’s pie done right is made to order and can take awhile.
Started with Guinness stew which was piping hot and full of beef chunks and barley. Then came the anticipation of great cottage and Shepherds pie. Well after and hour, we still didn’t have our food and asked the bartender about it. At this point the only other table had left and another party of 4 had just come in, so the kitchen wasn’t overwhelmed.
Somehow they must have forgotten about our entrees and we were assured they would be right out as cook was putting them in oven. This had me thinking that perhaps they are not made to order. We had to take them to go now since daylight fading and don’t want to be on motorcycle with wildlife running. By the time we got back to our place to stay, the pies were not as hot as would have been preferred and although the taste was good, we were at bit disappointed.
We understand things happen, have worked in hospitality whole life, so would give this place another try. Many menu items sounded amazing and it is a true Irish pub.

What an incredible find in downtown Sebring! I finally tried this spot today, and it instantly became my new favorite – far surpassing any other place I’ve visited in the area. The Mac & Cheese balls were an absolute delight, and the shepherd’s pie was simply outstanding. Beyond the food, the ambiance is fantastic; it perfectly captures the cozy, authentic feel I’d imagine an Irish pub to have. The staff were wonderful and the service was impeccable. If you’re looking for a great meal on the circle, skip the rest and head straight here. You won’t regret it!
