Renovated area for this Rita’s! They did a lovely job. Could use some more seating indoors and maybe a few tables outside but otherwise, it’s nice to have an indoor Rita’s. Very quick service from the employees working here. Main Street in Northampton is the perfect place for this chain. Much needed!

Another shining example of a brilliant chain in action! I witnessed a happy employee that delivered precisely what I ordered with a smile! You just can’t go wrong with Rita’s Italian Ice! This one’s a nice indoor location on Main Street with comfortable seating. Additionally, there is an outdoor park (a rather picturesque setting *see pictures*) close-by & within walking distance to also endulge & kickback.

You never go wrong with the Rita’s and this one is exceptionally cool because it has two old school video games Pac-Man and Galactica, or something similar, that you can play for free. It also has inside seating which you hardly ever see at a Rita’s.

I can’t say enough good things about Rita’s! The owner is incredibly nice and genuinely cool. You can tell they care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. Owner was very rude.
I’m surprised you went out of your way to blatantly lie as to what happened. I never cursed in your store nor did I slam the door!! I simply said keep the gelati for what you said would be an extra 1.50 for the dollop. I never mind paying for something I love,, but I also can’t afford to get ripped off.. I went back to Whitehall where I went before. Your workers are very kind but seem nervous when your sitting there watching them!
