The portions are big. They have a good ratio of each ingredient and side veggies. The spicy level was satisfactory. Prices are affordable. Service was good. The service staff was attentive, friendly, professional, and welcoming. He also didn’t come to bother us like many white restaurants do. My girlfriend and I do not want to be bothered when we are dining out. The broth was rich. Ingredients were fresh. Very positive experience. Even though it is a little too far for us, we will come again.

I would recommend a must try for families for children and grandparents. My Father in law approved and our kids absolutely loved it. Very delicious and freshly prepared. I recommend beef tripe and octopus dishes. We look forward to planning to come again.

Simple Chinese noodle place, food came in less than 5 minutes steaming hot, perfect for cold winter months. This is a specialty noodle place of Sichuan origin, with peppercorn and other spices known in that style of cuisine. If you love that style then this place hits the spot. Wife and I both got the space beef noodles and it came in large bowls with plenty of meat and vegetables in addition to the noodles. The broth was rich and spicy, just the way we like it. We’ve been there around 4-5 times now and have not been disappointed once. Must visit if you are a fan of this type of food.

I’ve visited Jibeichuan Noodle House a few times.
The food quality has been consistently good. Their dry rice noodle with beef was a highlight. They also had tasty fried dumplings. You could order a combo including a noodle dish, an appetizer, and a soft drink/hot tea.The price was reasonable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere.

First time dining at this place because it was recommended by my co-worker, and I was not disappointed. The pricing is good, and the serving portion is big. The quail egg is a great addition to the noodle. My family loved their noodle broth, but I found it a little lack of a savoy in my soup base. Also, the sour cumumber appetizer was too spicy and came in a very small portion. Overall, we love the noodles and will definitely visit again.

I recently stopped by JiBeiChuan Noodle House solo and found myself pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was quiet when I arrived (4pm) but the space felt warm, open, and inviting. It gives off that “cute, spacious hole-in-the-wall” vibe that always makes a meal feel more personal.
I ordered the Spicy Mala Beef Shank and a Thai Iced Tea, and honestly, both were top-tier in flavor and portion. The beef was tender and rich, the broth had just the right kick for my personal preference (actually spicy), and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The Thai tea was smooth, creamy, and balanced not overly sweet like some places tend to serve it.
What really stood out, besides the quality of the food, was the service. The gentleman working that day was kind, patient, and happy to answer my questions about the menu. That kind of customer care really elevates the experience.
For around $30 total, I left full, satisfied, and already planning my next visit. If you’re into bold flavors, comforting noodle soups, and supporting low-key local spots, this place is 100% worth checking out.

Saw the local noodle shop with great reviews, decided to try it. It was a good solid 4 for their most popular chicken noodle soup! Very flavorful on the chicken broths! Totally forgot to take a pic before we desecrated both dishes. The running egg for the side add-on for a buck was totally worth it! Cooked the egg to perfection. Will be back once the weather gets colder, for that perfect soupy kinda day!

The fish maw soup was the exact comfort that I needed tonight. The broth was simple, warm and delicious. It reminded me of something my mother would make. I’m very happy~~

Delcuious place for affordable authentic Chinese noodles. Atmosphere is clean and Chinese diner feel. Service is quick and timely, with food coming out fast and hot.
Got the fish maw soup, tomato soup with beef shanks, sauerkraut with tripe. Portions were large and enough for 1 person. Wouldn’t recommend the side dishes unless you are craving them.

Beef brisket dry rub noodles with tofu puffs were delicious. Just the right amount of spicy heat. Scallion pancakes were thin and not very flavorful beyond the grease from the oil that they were made in. The fried dumplings were tasty. They came with a sweet sauce that we did not use. The beef brisket tomato soup with rice noodles was just OK. It was like faintly tomato favored water. Related, my wife and I were unhappy with the brisket given that it was mostly tendons and such. My mother-in-law enjoyed it as her tastes are more traditional, or what other reviewers here call authentic. I recommend ordering online and will do so again but know that the brisket is not what Americans expect.
