The owner is so disrespectful! They short you on the products that you pay for… the bread is hard as a rock. Asking for extra oregano is like spitting in their face….. such nasty attitudes when making your sandwich as if you are getting on their nerves! That was my ABSOLUTE last time patronizing this shop… not to mention you can’t see them placing your meat on your sandwich…. Cheating the customers! Terrible

This store is Notorious for not honoring coupons and the franchise should be fined or disciplined. Coupons often have “exception items” but this place makes up their own rules
If franchise do not regulated this then the Dubway Co. as a whole should not send out coupons.
I suggest you use the Subway in Walmart. The workers are pleasant and they honor everything.
We as a people need to stop patronizing these restaurants, gas stations etc. that open in our neighborhoods and try to treat us any kind of way.
Our $ goes a long way collectively to make a change.

My family is a regular at this subway. However, today will be the last time they get my business for a while, or ever.
I came in with my large family today. We ordered 4 foot longs. First and foremost, this subway rarely acknowledges app coupons which makes it not worth going to anyway. But nonetheless, I took the family to subway in Fairburn today. Our total came up to like $45-50 which is insane for some sandwiches since they do not honor the $6.99 app coupon. At any rate, asked for 5 clear water cups for my kids, and me and my husband were paying for two large drinks. The large drinks are $2.99 each. Since the large drinks are huge, and we can never finish them ourselves, we share our drinks with our children. The kids were NOT going to use the fountain on their own, and definitely wouldn’t have gotten refills. Their drinks would have come straight from our drinks. The EMPLOYEES SHOULDNT CARE WHAT IS DONE WITH OUR LARGE DRINKS THAT WE PAY FOR.
The worker refused to give us the normally free water cups, and instead tried to charge us $.89 PER clear water cup! RIDICULOUS. You mean to tell me that someone can pay for a $3 large cup, sit there all day, and get 5-10 refills for $3. But you’re charging me for pouring my PAID FOR large drink into a clear free water cup?! Dumbest thing ever.
Soon as they said that I told them to take my drinks off. I wish I could’ve left the sandwiches too. We won’t be back.

Clean, welcoming environment, customer service was friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious, and they had all the ingredients I wanted. Overall, it was a good experience, food was above par and I will be back. (For you non vegans, try the garlic roast beef with aoli sauce – you won’t regret it).

Horrible . Store was closed early and employee shot a bird at me bc I took a pic of store being closed . Trying to contact headquarters. There were also 2 firefighters trying to get food and she did not serve them either. I spoke with management and their excuse was that she closed the store for her safety which is unacceptable after she has no explanation of why the store is closed and being rude rolling her eyes and neck . And would not serve 2 firefighters but if her car or house caught on fire she would be expecting those same 2 firefighters to serve her ! Also the picture is a Live Photo you can actually see her shooting a bird at me after all this when I was only picking up an order
