Ordered 3 meals and rice as take away, absolutely terrible the pad thai was swimming in oil the green curry was watery and not much content the mai thai combo was also oily. Had to wait on arrival to pick up. It used to do great food but over the years has gotten progressively worse but this experience has been shocking. I will not be returning

Bought a takeaway and was hugely disappointed. The actual sauces were good but the veg was banal and watery, the ocean fish was mainly thick batter and the meat could have been anything. Even the rice came out of the container as one large lump. Had a good meal here 6 or 7 years ago. This was nothing like it and I won’t be returning.

Have been wanting to try Mai Thai Swansea after our recent introduction to Thai food in Belmont, we absolutely loved it then but so very disappointed with Mai Thai Swansea. The food was pretty tasteless, the sauce very watery and the few vegetables, quite hard. Expensive for what it was.

Phoned my order in and told 15-20 minutes. When I arrived (20 minutes later) I was told by a lad of about 14 years old 5 minutes. After about 30 minutes he is telling someone in the kitchen how to cook!!!! Food is average. Long wait times. Not very Thai.
