This pizza was imo (lol) the best thin crust I have ever had. Got the half provel/half mozarella option as I am not familiar with provel and it was delicious. I believe this location only has pickup and delivery, but pickup service was fast and efficient.

I used to buy here all the time and it was great, but things have changed. The pizza was cold and they did not follow requested instructions for the pizza, this has happened multiple times in the past. They even somehow managed to mess up my girlfriends order too. Im never ordering from this location ever again. Horrible management. Hire people that know what they are doing instead of young kids. And if you do hire the young kids, maybe watch over them a little closer……. when you pay 40 to 50 dollars for pizza it should be good. Dominos is better and cheaper than this. You lost my business.

The food is beyond good. This is a true Saint Louis signature restaurant chain. A friend of mine from another state complimented on IMO’s pizza and said it was worth it coming here and tasting the pizza. This restaurant specifically also has very polite and helpful employees. They were helpful in guiding us through their menu options and made sure our order was complete. Overall a 10, would recommend.

Meh. There are definitely some quality control issues at this location. Our pizza was fine, but the toppings (including cheese) didn’t make it to the edge all the way around. That, in hand with the semi recent corporate changes, made this a very meh pizza. The sauce is pretty bad now, the beef base is very apparent. I am also used to more of the seasoning on top I guess?
The delivery was great, super quick and friendly. The GCB and ravs were pretty good (wish they cut the bread though).

I work close by so I have lunch here more frequently than I like to admit
Pizza is always so good! Cooked to perfection, with ample sauce, and the toppings are abundant. I’ve also had their mozzarella sticks, toasted raviolis, salads, chicken tendies, and a few different sandwiches. Can’t go wrong with any of the lunch specials, actually. Staff is usually very friendly and prompt.

IMOS online ordering is great earning extra points for free food. Tried the new chicken bacon ranch ChrunchImos, and I think it is a nice addition to the menu. I thought it would be more taco-ish, but it is folded pizzas with lots of cheese, chicken, bacon, and ranch flavors. The shell is buttery, crunchy, and tasty. Give it a try it might be your new favorite.

I called to ask for the managers name and the girl on the phone didn’t even say hold on a min.. she just put me on hold
Then the manager gets on the phone and won’t tell me her name or her supervisors name ..
I had to argue to get the owners name …
This is the absolute worst Imos pizza joint !!!
I will never call them again
I will also be calling corporate in the morning…

My pizza tasted stale and was lukewarm. I called the order in and got there before it was done, paid and waited patiently with zero genuine human interaction. (Not a complaint just and observation). There were even some corporate suits or general managers present talking to their store management and staff. So you’d think a guy would get the best pizza on the planet right? This was awful keep the 21.54 you earned it glad I didn’t tip
