This is the place to go for everything you need,from meetings,to just personal meetings,I and my other person the things we do ,we come here every friday,for lunch and have our meetings,We are greeted with a smile,no matter what we are wearing,we are off work that day,and enjoy our comfy clothes,but we aren’t treated differently than anyone else,Her and I just love coming here,it’s our time to calm down rest relax and start conversation about our busy week,she herself is a business owner,and know how to treat people,and how to bring clients to their business. It is so nice to know when we come here,we will always be treated with respect,and never like we don’t belong,unlike the other places who have learned by our words not to do that cause you don’t know,who is coming through your door.so thank you ever so much for being our number one spot out of 23 spots in RAPID CITY SD.

Flat soft drinks, when they found out that the drink machine was broken they never told us. Slow service. $15 for 10 nuggets that look like they were from McDonald’s with barbecue sauce on them.
Would not recommend.

Been I three times and the service has been absolutely terrible. Bartenders seem to want to do their personal crap and ignore customers. Wont go back again and won’t recommend to anyone unless I want to purposefully send them to a terrible place

I had a fantastic first visit to Firehouse. Lex, my server, was amazing! Not only did he make awesome recommendations, but he also helped me pick the perfect beer from their house selection to pair with the Firehouse chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy (though the bun was a bit dry), and the fries were perfect. Lex was great with conversation and even suggested some other restaurants to try while I’m visiting. I’ll definitely be back!

Sad, waitress was great but all by herself in a room full of hungry and thirsty customers. There was no way we could order anytime soon. Shouldn’t offer great deals on food, when there’s clearly not enough staff to execute. Shouldn’t let your employees wear their firehouse uniforms while filling up drinks for themselves and their friends after shift, definitely rubs it in. Not going back, may want a new strategy.

We were there on Sunday for appetizers while my child was at an event and had limited time. There were 2 servers/bartenders working and it was just over half full. We waited over 5 mins for drinks and I had to go up to the bar and order because we waited so long. We asked for a specific game and the staff doesn’t seem to know much about the events going on. From the time we sat down until we got 2 appetizers was 45 mins. I had to lace my party to get my child and then went back. I like the food and the atmosphere, but zero sense of urgency on getting to guests.

Went for the first time last Sunday to watch a football game. Firehouse Sky Box is now my favorite place to watch Sunday NFL in Rapid City. Clean, staff is friendly, beer and food are great. Not a bad TV view in the place. I’ll be back.
