Stopped by on a rainy Friday afternoon. Place was empty. Menu doesn’t have prices on it. Brisket sandwich and fries was $14. Brisket was smokey but dry. Sauce was spicy and good. Fries were not thoroughly cooked and I asked for them crispy. There were 10 of them. Very disappointed in the food but the employees were very friendly.

Maybe there is a no star option, but i pit as much effort as dickeys did on m finding it. It doesn’t matter how much we try, we are still here. Don’t waist your time with this trash for food and please don’t order off the menu because they will give you whatever the smallest possible amount is and hope you don’t ask for more… because when I did, they stuck to their guns that a “family” amount was smaller then a coffee cup. Please avoid. And, remember, in Texas this is worse then picking last weeks trash out a dumpster. Just go to a real BBQ joint.

Ordered a family meal thru Uber Eats on Valentine’s Day. Poor delivery gal Sat I. The parking lot for over 15 mins, waiting for the order. Figured they must have just been busy since she had to wait so long. Order got here and did not receive all the medium sides or rolls. Called the restaurant and ran back up myself. This place was DEAD quiet. Not one customer in there, no exterior lights on…why would delivery take so long. Got home, rolls were severely undercooked and inedible and we also realized that we received the spicy sausage, not the one we ordered. The meal cost me $60+ dollars and wouldn’t have been worth it at $5. This staff does not care and I hope people take their business to place that deserves it with great food.

Not sure who to complain about more. Uber Eats or Dickey’s. I was allowed to order from this place just to get here and find it closed. Not very happy. Who’s at fault? Well I hold them both accountable. Dickey’s needs to change their hours and Uber Eats need to figure out why your’re pinging me that my order is ready for pick up when this damn place was closed. Luckily I called and was refunded and had to go next door and order chicken. Guess this is what we are headed- depending on technology.

Ordered online and when I showed up to pick it up there was a ton of people here for dinner and only ONE person working. The gentleman working was super nice and calm and was able to get everyone their food, but it seems pretty ridiculous to only have 1 person working during dinner.

Store had “be back in 30 minutes” sign on door. Was here to pick up an ubereats delivery. Worker was extremely rude when I explained the situation. What happended to honoring your hours? As a delivery person this is killing my time and money!
