The Cesar salad was yummy! The lettuce was cut into bite sized pieces and the shrimp portion was perfect and they were a nice size as well. The dressing was creamy and flavorful. The shrimp & grits were excellent! The grits were creamy and cooked all the way through. The gravy had a good flavor as well. My son cleaned his plate and didn’t share so im going to assume it was good. The chicken and waffles were OK. The waffles were homemade and the chicken was well seasoned. Unfortunately, the berries and whipped cream that we were sold on wasn’t available. The churro cake was ok. It wasn’t my favorite dessert and the ice cream was more of an ice milk than an ice cream. Jenny and LaDonna were awesome! Great customer service

Went here over the weekend for Valentine’s day, The service was so bad. (it was not busy enough for it to have been this bad) and If they seat you at the back of the restaurant they will more than likely forget about you.
It took 30mins for a server to come and greet us and an additional 30mins to even receive our drinks. The drinks were mid and had too much sour mix in both, yet they were two different drinks? There’s was a pre-fixe menu which is expected on a holiday such as this but the options are very limited and they up charge $10+ on certain items. We waited an hour for our food to arrive and it wasn’t even hot.
Our server seemed to be in a rush and never checked on us, she didn’t even give her name. The buss boys were very accommodating and did a good job. The lamb chops were okay but not great and the branzino was cool but they serve it with what tasted like box rice and frozen vegetables. It was not worth the $217 that was spent. Wouldn’t come again.

Drinks just not good. Food not bad but if you’re going to charge over $25 for seafood pasta plate then there’ should be seafood in it. Literally 4 mussels, 4 shrimp and 2 baby scallops. 2!! Flavor was ok just portion way too small. Crab cakes too bready. Calamari omg!! Like a very very small portion and very not good. Bread came out very hot but after a while turned hard as a rock. Maybe they microwave bread? Will not be going back

My mother and I went to The Guest House for their Wednesday Steak Special. We arrived close to the time that the kitchen closes, but were still allowed to enter. Ladonna was our waitress and provided excellent service. She was nice and patient throughout our meal and made sure to check. Not once did she ever attempt to rush us out of the restaurant. Upon her recommendation, I ordered the ribeye steak with sides of mixed vegetables and macaroni & cheese. For my choice of salad, I chose the Greek one. The steak was a good size and had a nice sear. We ordered desert to go and had a good experience. The food was delicious, service was great, and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. We will definitely visit again

The Guest House Bar & Bistro has an elegant atmosphere and the food is outstanding – the $15 prix fixe lunch felt like a real find.
Unfortunately, that excitement faded when the check came back with one of the drink items doubled in price. On a fixed menu, that felt like being taken advantage of. When I raised it, the server’s reaction didn’t reassure me and left me feeling more frustrated.
The food is excellent and the setting is beautiful, but trust is part of dining too. Double-check your bill here, because one bad moment can spoil an otherwise great meal.
It hurt to have to point this out, but the owner is responsible for who represents him and his business and the review would be dishonest to omit it.

Dont waste your time. Waitress was only redeeming quality. I will say the lamb chops for the app were alright(kinda hard to mess up lamb chops) but overall a fail. I wont be returning. Short rib “tomahawk” was a joke. When I told them I didn’t like it, they all rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed, and you could see their disgust in me. Pretty upsetting. 2/10

Rolls, three-cheese flatbread, and entrees were delicious. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection, and the steaks did not disappoint. Service was good – staff was polite and attentive; and the ambiance was nice. Honestly surprised they didn’t have a packed house on a Friday night. Dessert was a miss though – way too sweet for my palate. Overall, it was a good experience; worth the trip.

My husband and I and our five year old daughter stopped in for the first time for a late dinner after Laser Bounce. We noticed right away that this restaurant is probably more a date night spot but we were looking forward to trying it out. The manager was very helpful and sat us at a table towards the back since we were also dining with another couple with two little boys.
Our server was Isabelle and she did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed. It’s not easy waiting on little kids later in the evening.
The drinks were delicious and Isabelle was knowledgeable in pointing me the right drink selection!!!!! We enjoyed the kabobs, the Tomahawk short ribs and the most delicious and juicy chicken tenders ever!!!!! Thank you for such an enjoyable dinner for us; the first time we’ve been able to get out to dinner with our dear friends and kids together!

Good vibes. Good service. BASIC FOOD. I paid $4 extra for this boring BASICmac and cheese with my BASIC steak. I ordered the hibiscus margarita and it was wayyy too sweet. Would not return even if the meal was free
