I understand that the speaker box is broken. We waited 20 minutes at the window. We were the only ones there at the time. Then the woman at the window didnt say anything. Just gave us our food closed the window and started chatting with her coworker. I think she was a manager or supervisor. Just not impressed. Poor customer service all around.

The food is often cold and orders are incorrect. Bought a breakfast sandwich this morning and it was missing the bacon. This place uses to be a great place but it has gone downhill in the last year or two. And now that McDonald’s is building a new restaurant here in town I suspect burger King will eventually close due to lack of business unless they fix the place up and start serving better food

Food seems to be more expensive than other fast food places. Place seems outdated and is dirty. The restroom is gross – go in there to clean up, but come out feeling dirtier. Staff seems unprofessional – I’ve actually witnessed cashier arguing with one of the cooks… really guys!? I gave it two stars because maybe once a year I do crave a Whopper – so I guess the Whopper itself gets the 2 stars, not this restaurant, nor the sub-standard staff ‘running’ it.

Nasty food. Food not to proper temperature. They microwaved my burger!!! Yuck!!! Made it soggy. Room temp french fries. Employees goofing off behind the counter and yelling!!! Really??? Restaurant was dirty, outdated, peeling paint, tiles coming off the bathroom, no baby changing table. Will not go back!!! Worst Burger King I have ever been in and I travel the world for my job!!!

What can I say it’s Burger King a fast food place, place your order and sit down .
My issues with this restaurant are it’s old I don’t think it’s been updated since maybe the early 90s.
The food is Luke warm at best. The service is pretty good though the employees are usually ready to help.
We visited a couple times within a few weeks. The first time I noticed a huge cobweb in a corner of the lobby easily seen. I thought ok well spiders do make webs quickly it’ll be gone soon. Return almost a week later and the exact same cobweb was there. Astonished.
The building itself is in awful condition run down and in need of much repair or torn down and start new. The last time I had gone a board was covering an old rail car entrance. That was my favorite feature to sit in. Sadly I hear it will be gone soon.
The soda fountain was ripped out and missing perhaps to update? The floor was a warn out sticky mess. Ceiling tiles were dirty and broken or missing, a real disaster.
Overall the food luke warm at best the building a trashed out mess which should be demolished or some action taken.
Would I suggest this restaurant to anyone? As much as I love burgers and fries. I honestly can’t. It’s more an avoid or a if I have to kind of place.
The one bright spot is the employees they are usually nice and helpful.
Other than that as you’ve read I have nothing good to say.

I will not go inside that building. The last time my husband and I were there, that place smelled like an old moldy cloth that has sat in dirty water a long time. The tables were sticky, all of them! I could see the dirt on the edges of all the tables. The people working there were in NO hurry to do any cleaning at all. We ordered a burger , fries, and a drink, the ice machine is broken, ao, if you want ice, the person behind the counter takes your cup and puts ice in it from an ice machine in back if the counter. Looking in back where the cooking is done, really made my stomach turn. I told the husband if he wanted a burger there in the future, it was ok with me, but I would decline accompanying him.
Last summer, it was shut down by an inspector, and MOST stay away from there, not many vehicles in the parking lot.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place looks old and out of date. It also looks and feels dirty. The cashier was rude and snobby. When I got my fish burger (the only reason I ate here was because it was lent) anyway, my fish burger tasted like soap. Like literal dish soap. I took one bite and left. Never going here again.

Someone Entered my order wrong.(never actually did enter) i Ordered 2 hamburgers, no pickle and medium fry. Handed over a visa gift card i had with Known balance on it of just over $10. I was told my card was declined and price for order was a little over $13?? Embarrassing being told my “card” had been declined. I was like $13 for 2 plain burgers minus pickles and a med. fry?? My order was never entered and i was quoted price for guy behind me. Took little over 9 minutes from initial order to time i was able to drive away. Benefit of the doubt..may have been ladys first day at drive thru.

Waited over ten minutes in drive thru for a value fry and smoothie. Asked for zesty sauce, didn’t get it and the fries tasted like they were dug out of a trash can. Place always sucks.

I would rate this place a zero but then I wouldn’t be able to to post a review at all. The restaurant smells funny and when you think it’s just the place you walk out with your food and it makes the car smell like a wet dog. All set.
