First time here with my grandma. We thought the food overall was pretty good. Her dish came with green peppers that she said were a bit too Al dente and my orange chicken had a few fatty pieces. Otherwise, we enjoyed the flavors and the wait staff were friendly! They have a big take-out service, which meant the phone was ringing nonstop.

A large group of is enjoyed dinner here. I especially liked my shrimp and veggies Lite dish, which came with six large succulent shrimp, snow peas, sliced carrots and broccoli in a light mild sauce. Others raved about the duck, for which I plan to return. Many folks only ate half their meal and the restaurant provided Chinese takeout boxes to take the rest home.

Hair in my food and i’m not sure if it was on purpose or mistake 🙁 . Ordered pork fried rice and got the wrong order, then was told that I need to ask for “roasted pork fried rice” & she showed me on the menu. Then I asked what pork fried rice I ordered so I wouldn’t make that mistake again and there was only one Pork Fried Rice on the menu and I told her this and she just closed it. Then I found a hair in my food after they remade it with the pork fried rice I wanted. I tried to call for a refund and said I’d show them a picture. I really wanted it replaced but got scared and got anxiety. Now I’m bringing it back like this in order to get a refund.

Nice little spot with super friendly service and delicious homemade dumplings and noodles. I got to try some Chinese beer for the first time (Tsingtao) as well and it was perfect with my food. I could not recommend this place more!
EDIT: here for a second time and the food is just as good. Eventually, I’ll try something different, but for right now the homemade noodles and dumplings hiiiiit I highly recommend the pan-fried veggie dumplings. They use a sort of mulled veggie mixture inside that is absolutely delicious.

Ordered crispy beef and orange chicken. The beef was crispy but not dry and the sauce had a great mix of spice and flavor. The orange chicken was perfectly sweet and crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Fast service and kind employees. Looking forward to going back and exploring more of the menu.

Fantastic casual Chinese restaurant, with the best versions of many dishes that I’ve ever had over the last 50 years, including many restaurants in Los Angeles and its San Gabriel Valley that teems with authentic Chinese fare. Generous portions and friendly staff. I no longer live in DC, but I’m sure to return whenever life brings me back home.

Good food the appetizers can be done better. The server was good and did serve late as well.
Do try their mains great options and flavor.
The spicy sauce is done well.

Have had take out from here a few times now. Each instance has seen minor differences in seasoning (ordering the same items). Overall good value value and choice for Chinese food in the area. Phone order is easy and pick up is without issue. Parking out front is competitive and busy street. Recommend for take out, have not dined in yet.

The server was quite rude. When I mentioned that the menu states orders over $40 include two egg rolls, they became irritated and told me rudely that I would have to wait to get them. Very disappointing service.
