My girlfriend held her Christmas “burr” basket exchange event there and it was very nice. First time going and I was pleasantly surprised. I love the pond behind the building. There’s a sign referring to not feeding wild animals so I assume there are gators in the water and other creatures that come out at night..and possibly day. The food was good. 7/10. I ordered the “reg” which is bacon egg cheese on a croissant. It was really good. Hot and fresh. Took a little longer than expected to receive but once I got it…I enjoyed it. Just wish my cheese was melted on the croissant. No biggie….I still ate it. The back patio/porch is cute. It’s a nice space for a baby shower or bridal shower..Overall, nice experience. I’m not a coffee drinker so I enjoyed a refreshing lemonade.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place is super cute and clean. We ordered at the counter and sat outside as we had our puppy with us.
Drinks and food were good and fresh!! We will definitely be back

This is such a cute coffee shop/cafe. My favorite in the area for sure! The staff are incredibly kind and joyful, and the food and drinks are amazing too! The chicken salad and potato salad are to die for. The coffee is incredible-tastes perfect honestly. Savannah is such a joyful soul! I’ve also met Emily too who works there and she was so sweet and helpful when it was my first time. 10/10 atmosphere, food/drinks, and people! ☺️

Cute little cafe. Very small menu. Note this is not a sit down service restaurant. Atmosphere was charming and food was overall good. One person of our group didn’t like the biscuits and gravy. Staff was nice.

I’m genuinely sad to write this review—I truly wanted to give this place another five stars. I hope the cafe takes this feedback to heart because this area really needs a great restaurant and coffee shop, and this spot has so much potential.
The location is beautiful—right on the water—with a cozy, inviting interior that makes you want to stay a while. I’ve been here before, and my first visit left a better impression. The coffee was great that time, and I was excited to return. Unfortunately, my second visit didn’t live up to the first.
We ordered three coffees: the Snickerdoodle, Honey Bee, and Bean Redeem. All of them were overwhelmingly milk-forward with very little actual coffee flavor. The Snickerdoodle, which was supposed to have cinnamon notes, tasted mostly like vanilla and caramel. The Honey Bee didn’t taste quite right, and the Bean Redeem lacked the white chocolate and toffee flavors advertised—it just came across as more vanilla.
As for the food, we tried a variety: the biscuits and gravy, Sunrise Supreme, the Classic, and the Reg. Sadly, nothing stood out. The Reg and Classic were okay but lacked seasoning or anything memorable. The biscuits and gravy reminded us of the older McDonald’s version—definitely not homemade. The Sunrise Supreme came on mini biscuits that were dry, and the sandwiches overall were just average.
A recurring issue we noticed was that a lot of the items seemed prepackaged. The baked goods in the case looked like they came from Sam’s Club. If the coffee had been excellent, we could have overlooked that—but with both the drinks and food falling flat, it’s hard to justify a return visit right now.
That said, I really want to see this place thrive. There’s a great opportunity here to make it special: seasonal menus, house-made syrups, stronger flavor profiles in the coffee, and maybe even partnerships with local roasters and bakers. Showcasing fresh, local ingredients and dialing in the coffee recipes could turn this into a true gem.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this spot and genuinely hope to update this review in the future with a better experience.

My man got the Chicken Salad sandwich and it was delicious. The young ladies were very friendly and welcomed us right in off the lake. We will be back. Melanie & Roger ✝️✌

wife says place is cute, it has high potential, we were the 1st customers for the day, 8/30/2025 we had to order our food at counter, when our food finally came out my wife flipped her lid, paper plates plastic silverware, weak coffee, wife got waffle and bacon, for 2 dollars for 3 pieces that must been cut in half, no butter for her toast, me bacon was smaller than normal, biscuits and gravy well ive added a pic so you can see for yourselves.. food took way to long for being first customers, at 7am wife says not very friendly we didnt get greeted as we came in and needs more staff at 7am, wife says she would not recommend this place to anyone, me on the other hand i just wont go back.. 30.00$ meal better off going to waffle house. good luck

Been driving past this little spot for months now. Decided this morning to stop in and check it out. Was not disappointed, the staff was wonderful, super easy to order, multiple options for food and drinks. Espresso was awesome and food was amazing. They’re are so many choices for seating and comfort, super cute decorations and the back deck was great. It was raining so we stayed under the porch area but it has an open deck and views of the canal to the lake. Will definitely be recommending my friends and family to this place. We will be back to try new things.
