Ordered a protein bowl…absolutely inedible! 100% inedible because of the preparer of my bowl. She put in 2 full handfuls of shredded lettuce and asked what else. I said spinach…she put in 6 baby spinach leaves as the container was nearly empty. When I asked if I could have a bit more spinach, she quite literally picked up 2 more really tiny spinach leaves, put them in the bowl and asked me what else I wanted. I asked for cucumbers…she put in 6. I asked for red onion…she put in 10 pieces. I asked for shredded cheese…she put in a full handful and added the chicken. She asked what dressing, I said garlic aoli. She moved the bowl over toward the lid so I again said garlic aoli. She zig-zagged the dressing across the bowl. I asked if I could get a bit more dressing…big mistake…she drenched my bowl with garlic aoli!!!! I took a pic that I can’t attach to this post of all the aoli puddled on my 8 spinach leaves! I knew it was gonna suck before she ever started…the man in front of me asked for mustard on his foot long sub…he got 4 sputters of mustard as it too was empty. This female was brought more mustard but did not put more on the guy’s sub. She was brought more spinach but I wasn’t given any. This inedible protein bowl was just under $15!!!! The female was NOT the Asian woman. The Asian woman brought more mustard and spinach which means she was watching. The Asian man was also watching. Both of them heard and saw everything…neither said a word to the white woman that made the inedible bowl that I paid for…yep, stupid…I should have walked out. I never should have paid for the horrible customer service and inedible protein bowl. This Subway is next door to where I work and is very convenient. I’ve eaten there several times over the last several years, but I won’t be going back.

Mobile order picked up and the gentlemen seem like in a bad mood maybe because it was a BOGO deal idk I got home and both sandwiches were wrong made and the steak sandwich had barely any steak in it. Just seemed the way the sandwiches where made like they dint care ,don’t come here find another subway .

Good food, fast service, and friendly staff. They have a new menu. I had a 6-inch cold cut sub. We arrived just before noon and had a short wait to order. We found seating without waiting, but soon after noon the place quickly filled up. Arrive early to shorten your wait time.

I enjoyed my visit to the place. The food quality and taste were as good as one would expect from Subway. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the location itself was decently beautiful for enjoying a meal. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Firstly, the place was small, which meant that sitting for a prolonged period of time might not be feasible. Additionally, there was no free parking available in the vicinity.

We hastily made the decision to visit this Subway location without reading the reviews but please do yourself a favor and save your hard earned money and go anywhere but here. And when you leave here, keep going. Far, far, away. I’ll be getting in contact with corporate because that’s just how appalling this establishment is in regards to the Subway franchise. The lettuce was yellow, the service was dreadful, and the cleanliness was sub-standard.
The elder oriental man served us, who could not hear our orders properly. Served my girlfriend bread that clearly was under baked and had a hole the size of a golf ball on the top and would not replace it even though we asked. The elder woman got frustrated when we asked if there was any other lettuce. My gf got the veggie patty which looked like it was growing condensation from sitting in musk. And I tried to opt for spinach but they were out and could not be bothered to get more… at 3pm!! I could go on but I’ll save my breath. Disgraceful.

Airport pricing, toppings looked like they should have been replaced a long time ago. Very slim portions. Smallest 6” I have ever seen at a Subway.

No wonder I didn’t know about this location. The staff is down right horrible, and the cleanliness is definitely lacking. One even had the audacity to get crazy with me about what he “thought” I ordered. Then wanted to cut my sandwich with a filthy knife. Sorry Vincent, not happening. Save the trouble go next door to the location in the Hyatt.
