The Hay Market is within the Holiday Inn at Six Flags and is within a historical dairy barn that was converted many years ago…
Through out the years we have dined here off and on… on Thanksgiving Day they offered a holiday themed buffet… which was delicious…
Melissa was our waitress that day… she was attentive and stopped by to make sure we we not in need of anything… everyone was kind and wonderful…
We will definitely eat there again…

I apologize to the staff!! We found out breakfast was ending at 10am…it was 9:50. We hurried up and finished getting ready and high-tailed it down to the restaurant!! We made it!! We quickly ordered and were “IN” for breakfast!! Everyone was VERY NICE!! Got all the food we wanted and it was prepared perfectly….to our specs!! SO….We eat and chit chat a bit, pay for our meal and everybody who needed to, hit the restroom. I look around and the restaurant is empty!!! I stopped the waitress…sure enough. The restaurant CLOSED at 10AM!! Not just “breakfast over”….Hay Market CLOSED!! I AM SO SORRY!! I could not feel smaller!!! These people treated us great!! I hope the tip we left made up for our dilly-dallying around!! At this point, I am doubting it. PLEASE accept our apology!!

The wait staff was super friendly and helpful. The Apple BBQ Pork Chop was scrumptious! Delightful and delicious. Highly recommend.

Terry is a gem!! The food was great! If you’re visiting Six Flags, this should be a place to eat at the end of the day!

Stayed at the holiday inn six flags for 3 days. Decided to try the in house restaurant the first night and boy do we regret it. $200 for my family of 8 and if it wasn’t for the friendly service we would have sent everything back. Spinach dip was good, burgers were tasteless, fish was like the frozen grocery store fillets. Not worth the $18 a person for a meal.

Went to the Holiday Inn Hay Market Buffet today. This is the second year for me. All the food was cold(I mean right from the refrigerator)and tasteless. The pies definitely came from some grocery store’s frozen food section. I can’t believe I didn’t learn my lesson from last year!!

Cute resteraunt nestled in the hotel we stayed at. Breakfast was great. Ordered appetizers later at night and the toasted ravioli was good, Queso was fantastic! However I don’t recommend the spinach dip. Prices were a little steep for the amount of food you get. Service is great. Overall pretty alright. ☺️
