The young woman Haylee that took our order was very rude, did not give us what we ordered and took 25 minutes to deliver two burgers and fries. They were in chaos . I could have dealt with the time frame but the rudeness of Haylee was unacceptable. We will not return!

Dairy Queen sponsored a fundraiser for JRMC Auxiliary last night. In the past, I have pretty much been take-out and blizzards. Hanging out for 3 hours I really got to look over the menu. All of us ordered different things and were happy with our choices, I read the scrolling mission statement and was impressed. They certainly are carrying out their community mission. I will be here more often. A few positives not usually mentioned. The place is mostly white yet it was super clean, you can get on the walking/biking trail with little problem from here which also means you can take a break if you are already on the trail, and they have some of the easiest parking spaces to get in and out of if you want to enjoy indoor or outdoor dining at their picnic table.

We are very disappointed, the chicken strips were little, and for that price you would think they would at least be a decent size. The chicken strips and french fries were cold. Sadly the white gravy was runny. However the place looks nice, and the cashier was friendly.

The lady who took orders and money seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She was complaining the whole time we were ordering about pulling a double. She was very rude. I asked for ranch because I wasn’t given any when asked shT dipping sauce I wanted and she said “hope one is good enough I don’t have more” very snobby and rude. Then she gives the next costumer ranch after me. She also lied straight to her manager saying the cash register glitched and didn’t open for cash to be out in. When she really just didn’t put it in the drawer when it opened. She instead closed it and tried to give it back to me until I mentioned it. Like a decent person I helped her so she wouldn’t get blamed for the money being gone. And she got more snobby.

This has been twice in a row where I’ve had to go back to get food that had been left out of my online order. And not even one time but multiple items during each visit. Which would be fine except that both young women and the manager working at the time (same 3 people both times) were extremely rude both times and indicated that I somehow was hiding the food I hadn’t been given. If you have an online order or a slightly larger one make sure to check your receipts and that you got all the food you paid for!

No soda and they wouldn’t substitute anything else for drinks,,none of the staff were knowledgeable about what they were doing. I usually like grill and chill dairy queen but after the last couple places I don’t think I’ll recommend anymore or return

Everything they have to offer is fantastic. The burgers are amazing taste great. Flame thrower burger is the best. The chicken is some of the best i have had. Blizards are delicious as is all the desserts they serve. Great people delicious food.
