I used to genuinely enjoy visiting this location. When I first moved to the area, I was deeply impressed by the service and quality. My favorite employees were Damario, who could come up with wonderful sandwich recommendations that could keep things feeling fresh, and Keyaira, whose creations were usually better looking than the pictures. They are long gone thanks to a change in ownership that has resulted in a revolving door of employees who are typically understaffed, overworked, and inexperienced.

To make things worse, the soda fountain has been broken for approximately one year at the time of writing. The Men’s Restroom has had an “Out of Order” sign taped to the door for several weeks. And worst of all, when customers complain, it falls on the shoulders of the employees who don’t have the power to fix these things. This Subway is in a fine location, and was once one of the best places to grab some grub without breaking the bank.

At this point, don’t bother. You’ll be consuming freezer burnt vegetables with sandwiches that must be accompanied by overpriced bottle beverages. And heaven help you if you must use the restroom.

I placed an online order on Jan 2nd at 7:45 pm. Got there to pick up my order at 8:15 as the receipt said. The door were locked and the guy working inside said that because they were understaffed they decided to close the store at 8 instead of at 9 pm. He said he would refund my money back but he didn’t. I still haven’t gotten my money back. The service at this place is terrible.

Doors locked and wouldn’t let any customers in at NOON. I understand having staffing issues (or whatever the case was) but they wouldn’t let us in. The most ironic part was the huge sign out front saying “WE ARE OPEN!” This place has been going downhill but I’ve never seen anything like this, will not be returning.

It was a great over all experience. The employees was very friendly and was willing to take her time to take my order. It was made very well. The store was very clean and inviting it is abundantly apparent they take time to keep it that way. It was not very crowded so my sandwich was made quickly. Parking was easy too. Over all this is a great Subway.

The food is satisfactory, but the management is questionable. When checking out I was told that the owners of this franchise “don’t want to accept coupons.” Why they think they are above every other Subway location is beyond me, but I suggest finding somewhere else to spend your money.

I ordered a BLT with extra crispy bacon through the online ordering option. The staff was pleasant enough when handing me my food. Upon pulling my sandwich out of the bag, my hand was covered I grease that had soaked through the wrapper. Their were about 8 pieces of soggy, barely warm bacon on my 6in sandwich. It didn’t even look like anyone tried to put the sandwich together. When I attempted to fill out a survey, I didn’t have the correct receipt with the store number or order number, so I was unable to submit a survey. This is easily the most disgusting sandwich I’ve ever seen. I spent over $8 for a coke and a bag of chips. Gross

Not very welcoming customer service as far as the weekday lunch shift goes. Food is alright, the employee who assisted me in making my sandwich didnt fold the subs up with the liner so it ended up causing a soggy sauce and veggie juice mess. Ive had experiences here where emplyees have dropped vegetables into other containers or on the prep area and picked it up and put it on my sandwich. I think this location desperately needs better leadership and training.
