Just had my most disappointing Burger King experience. The Big Fish was soggy with no crunch, and the fries were evidently very old too. Sitting here trying to get my 17$ worth, I realized this BK location has always sucked. The food is subpar and the staff act like they hate you because you burdened them with your business. This is a far cry from the Hilo BK which is consistently excellent whenever I need a quick bite on the go.
Giving 2/5 stars because their soda machine was extra syrupy and delicious.

Shortchanged. Ripped off. BK got half of my order wrong at the drive thru. Ordered whopper, and double whopper meals with large onion rings. Paid $36+. Received whopper, a tiny whopper junior and two small kid size fries. Not going to spend another hour round trip to try to get them to fix it. Next time, will opt for a real burger at Village burger or Smash Daddy’s for less money.

I got taken with the free Whopper offer for taking a survey. I handed in my receipt with the code on it and ordered fries and a drink but got charged $9.31 and they wouldn’t give the receipt back so I couldn’t photograph it to prove I was swindled.

Rarely get my order correct. Refused to give me ketchup for fries. Claiming that was for burgers only. Out of packets of ketchup, so you don’t get any. What? Ordered my meal for dine in and got an attitude about it. Saying they are closing soon so I should be aware. Won’t be back.
