Food was pretty decent. We bought the big combo with beef, chicken, shrimp, and fried rice.
I believe the owners have really toned down the spice palette for the locals. We would have preferred spicier…. especially the fried rice.
Only one pkg of soy sauce for a big combo was not enough, and the two containers of orange stuff… I think they call it “Yum Yum Sauce” was “meh” at best. Looks like spicy mayo…. tastes like thousand island with sugar added.
Chicken was a bit dry and beef was a bit tough…. heavy on chicken/beef…. and only 4 shrimp total.
They use a phone with a card scanner…. They handed it to me to get a receipt and I gave up because the keyboard was not working right…. could not type in number or email accurately.
AND they left it open for a tip!!! Sell me food through a window on a food truck/trailer and expect a tip? Tip jar for more tips centered in front of your face at the window.
Bottom line…. the food was edible, generally good, albeit a bit bland. But you could fix it with home spices… we were camping though.
They could really use some help from food s wwrt vice mgt and marketing folks…. too many rough edges.

Excellent! Lots of food! Good prices! We are from out of town, and we went to the drive in for our Anniversary and wanted a nice dinner, it was AMAZING. way better than any of the Chinese or Japanese food we have ever eaten! We will be back! It was very fast, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend the habachi chicken. It was a good price for a whole lot of food! 10/10 recommend!

This hibachi was 5 stars!! Food and service is great ! We ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice combination. Plenty for 2 people to share. Their fried rolls are good size and pretty good as well. But ours were slightly greasy. Might skip that next time. You won’t be dissapointed! A must visit if you are in Marshall and looking for some good food.

I’ve eaten there twice now. The first time I ordered a chicken combo as well as shrimp combo. The chicken was delicious, veggies were on point but shrimp was rubbery than shrimp should be. Then yesterday I decided to give them another shot but knew to stay away from the shrimp so we went back to order chicken a chicken combo and then ordered chicken and steak combo. The steak was okay…but the chicken – it had no flavor…it was like they cooked it with no seasoning and added sauce to it after. The chicken was so dry and rubbery. The veggies this time were over cooked (a little soggy). It’s safe to say I won’t be going back. It’s not enough for me to give them a 1 because the service and atmosphere were still great. As an Islander I really wanted to love this place because islanders gravitate towards Asian cuisine. It just failed to deliver the quality of food you expect.

Back in December I took my boyfriend to bear creek cabins for a long birthday weekend. Marshall is a hidden gem for sure! Drive in movie theater and amazing food! This hibachi was definetly 5 stars hands down! The service is fast, Food is amazing! We get chicken,steak and shrimp fried rice. Plenty for 2 people to share even! And the fried wonton are good size and pretty darn good as well!! You won’t be dissapointed! A must visit if you like to travel and try new things! We are going back for date night today!
