Very interesting and popular place. Parking is almost full.
Open air, live music from the courtyard was nice.
We visited on Friday after 10pm and there was a lot of free space.
You can get table games if you like.
First we took a testing set. Sour beers were nice. Quite an experience to have a pickle beer or cucumber-lime ;).
But ruby ale I definitely don’t like.
Tables were not maintained well (wet or dirty).

I’ve never been to a truck yard, because I don’t really drink. Came here for a memorial, and I think the atmosphere alone made for a nice change of scenery. I didn’t try the food nor the drinks, so I couldn’t rate that nor rate the service. But the location is really interesting.

You don’t go to Truckyard for the best of the best craft beer. But I was pleasantly surprised by this implanted brewery. The sours weren’t all that sour, which works fine for me. Almost like a hybrid seltzer sour. Very crushable. The lemon cucumber was legit delicious. And I HATE cucumber. Plus the truckyard is just awesome. I wish there was more true indoor space. Hopefully as summer goes they’ll close stuff to keep it cooler indoors. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great experience and will for sure go back.

If you love sour beers, you need to check this brewery out! I finally caught them when they weren’t closed for a private event. They have a wide range of flavors to choose from. Some that you wouldn’t expect to be sours, like Cinnabyn and Pumpkin Spice, but they somehow work. The lady behind the bar was great, too. If you don’t like sours, they have a decent selection of whiskey to choose from as well.

This is a sour brewery located inside the Truck Yard. We had a fantastic time here getting flights of all the beers and enjoying the live band. Our bartender was amazing. She was really knowledgeable, let us try some samples, and took care of us all night. The beers here are really accessible – most of them are not super sour, but they all had great flavers.

Good beer selection with great atmosphere. This is Truck Yards on-site brewery! Live music, drinks, food trucks, and multiple beer gardens. Very fun place to hang out. Indoor tables and outdoor patio style garage door seating with a great view of the Truck Yards live music stage. Lots of room for large groups.

It’s almost like someone bet the brewmaster they couldn’t build a brewery around a single style and he wanted to prove them wrong. Berliner Weisse was a solid choice with a large array of built-in customization, and yet they’ve pushed it farther. The pickle beer eclipses the local competition, and the other citrus fruit variants are well balanced. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to enjoy some summer session sours.

Beard Science Sour House – Strange mashup of country music, boots, and belt buckles mixed with a modern, science themed, almost steampunk decor. Open air brewery & taproom on a deck with a view overlooking the Truck Yard and surrounded by trees. Nice selection of session sours. All of the beers are 3.5% ABV and have unique flavors. I ordered a flight with Woodruff, Berliner Weiss 2.0, Elderberry, and Ginger Beer. I’m not a huge sour fan but I thought they were all pretty good!

Atmosphere is great. Chill. Ambient human energy and odd blend of newness built from scrap history. The sours are very average, mostly due to the process. The base weisse is not sour enough and the fruit flavors are generic – like the fruit flavors you find in candy. Because of this, the effect comes off as gimmicky and not very memorable. The black currant is probably the best option. Hopefully they will eventually start using purees and real fruit flavors in the production of these ales. Despite that, the mood makes it well worth a visit.

My husband and I came out to The Truckyard, and we were so pleased to find this gem! This is a fun, inviting brewery that even welcomes your pups inside! They offer lots of unique, refreshing beers. And the service is amazing and so friendly! Highly recommended!
