First time I tried this place and let me say, it left a bad taste in my mouth… literally. I ordered delivery on wings with fried pickles and a side of cheese fries. The cheese sauce was seized up and gritty, and the wings look like they came off some other bird, definitely not a chicken. Wingstop came in clutch (look at the size difference). The restaurant was nice enough to give me a refund, but I’m pretty sure I just ate pigeon or somthing.

This was my first time trying their food and it was extremely disappointing. I saw the picture of their sandwich and it looked good, so I figured it was about time to try it. What I received in person was nowhere near the quality or quantity of the picture. The chicken breading was soggy and not even sticking to the chicken, there was little to no slaw on the sandwich like the picture they advertise. This sandwich was about $12 and a complete rip off. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on their food.

I placed my order through DoorDash. The food was not hot when it arrived, I am 16 minutes from the restaurant. I ordered 2 Byrd Bomb’s, one of them did not have any pickles or coleslaw. I took advantage of a buy 1 get 1 Mac n cheese and a buy one get one free French fry. The fries were NOT hot. The amount of fries in each container made the deal not worth it. The Mac n cheese, the star of the show was a total disaster. It tasted like overcooked noodles with no cheese. Even though I could see the attempt at having cheese in it. I don’t recommend this place. The food was terrible. I will not eat here again.

I decided to try Byrd’s Hot Chicken for the first time after seeing it all over social media, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The chicken was undercooked and completely lacking in flavor, with soggy breading that fell apart after just one bite. The chicken tenders had the same issue—no seasoning and the coating wouldn’t even stay on. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day, dry and unappetizing. Overall, the food did not live up to the hype and was nowhere near what’s advertised online. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.

I’m a little late sharing this review, but I was recently in Boynton Beach with my family & we found this halal takeaway. Its in a good location & the place itself was very clean! The food was hot & fresh. If you like spicy food, you’ll love the hot chicken! The portions were big & enough for 2!
The service was EXCELLENT. We had a great time chatting with the owner/manager.
I’d definitely recommend you try this place if you’re looking for halal food in the west palm area!

*Tip: I found the chicken too spicy when it was dipped in the seasoned oil after cooking… so if you’re looking for a healthier, less spicy option, skip the oil.

Service was friendly and attentive! Chicken Sando was definitely better than average. Looking forward to trying the SupaHot next time.

My wife wanted chicken, so we tried Byrd’s Hot Chicken. Surprised they didn’t have a drive thru.

Ordered the tenders, came with juicy chicken tenders served on toast, 24k sauce, and pickles. Fries and potato salad (or choose to double up on a side) or MAC & CHEESE, creamy dreamy mac and cheese. You can get them Plain, mild, medium, hot, or Supahot. Got plain for my wife, and for me, medium & hot. The medium was very spicy, so I tried the hot and took off the breading.

Definitely enjoyed it and will return.

Went out to grab something quick to eat and looking in the area for something new we see Byrds pop up. So sure let’s try it since it’s new. I can say this much, from now on whenever I have a craving for a chicken sandwich this will be the place I go to and I will never go back to a Chick-fil-A. Yes it is that good of a chicken. They guys are friendly like they’ve known you your whole life. Warning, when they mean hot and superhot they are not joking. But oh so, so damn good!!! Definitely a new restaurant to try and here’s to their success which is much deserved.

As always, I’m a huge supporter of certified restaurants that sell Zabiha hand slaughtered meat!!!
This place has an amazing atmosphere, the owner and workers were really nice!
The Byrd bomb was good. Wasn’t a fan of the bread nor the coating on the fried chicken. Definitely try the Date Milkshake, amazing!!
Show some support to these certified places!

As a Canadian Muslim, I’ve been dying to try authentic Nashville hot chicken, but unfortunately, we don’t have anything great back home. So while traveling to Florida, I took the opportunity to visit Byrd’s Hot Chicken in Boynton Beach—and I was not disappointed!

From the first bite, I could tell this was the real deal. The chicken was incredibly crunchy and crispy, perfectly seasoned with that signature Nashville heat that builds just right. The wings were big, juicy, and packed with flavor—easily some of the best I’ve had. The slider was also excellent, with a soft bun and crispy chicken, but I would have loved a bit more sauce to balance the heat.

Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The owner is a genuinely kind man who takes pride in his food and ensures every order is fresh and made to order. That attention to quality truly shows.

If you’re in Florida and craving authentic Nashville hot chicken, Byrd’s Hot Chicken is a must-visit!
