My wife discovered Salad works in Lincoln, Ca while holiday shopping recently. She shared that the young man who waited on her (“Cho”) was very professional, friendly and very helpful in menu options. Food was delicious and fresh. Soup/Salad combo with bread was perfect. We will both be coming to visit this location again and tell our friends to visit , if they haven’t found you yet !

The main focus of this restaurant is, of course, salads. They have several pre designed salads to choose from, or you can make your own. The portion sizes are large, which is nice. Slight issue is the roles they give you are frozen and dry.
The issue with the salads is that some of the items they use on the salad are not as organic or fresh as you would think. Processed bacon bits and run-of-the-mill delie turkey was not what we expected.
The sandwiches are ok. The turkey cheadder bacon was better than the chicken buffalo. Both were not worth their $12 price tag.
The place has a good idea but at $12 for every item is a bit overpriced for what you are getting.
