I’m a multiple repeat customer. Quick to make the sub, chocolate cookies always delicious and employees are always engaging with customers.
The music is awesome. 80s 90s rock and mix of other rock genres playing. I’m there in the afternoon around 2ish and the workers know my order.

I just had the worst experience at this location. I walked in, no hi, hello, or anything. I stood in front of Connor for SEVEN minutes while he made multiple mobile orders and didn’t even acknowledge me. We stood there in silence, 3 other customers walked in and a line began to form when Zack came out from the back and started getting orders, no sorry for your wait, no hello, not a single smile. I felt uncomfortable during the entire interaction and had wanted to enjoy my food there but ended up taking it to go. Very disappointing.

More than a few times has it been dead silent walking in, no one says hello like 95% of the time. When making a salad for someone, you should cut all the vegetables without having to also put that in the special instructions, yet they can’t follow those instructions. Establishment is diminishing due to the lack of care by management and employees. It takes more than 1 to make a change.

so today my mom ordered online on her subway app at approximately 2:00. She ordered three subs. She realized that on her sub it had the wrong time. It had 2:10 instead of 5:10. She had already ordered mine and my dad’s. So then she called in to say hey the time is wrong on this sub but can you just make it for 5:10 , the lady was like “no we have to cancel the order it’ll get refunded and then you can replace the order with the correct time.” So she spend the last 20 minutes trying to replace her order and it wouldn’t even allow her to replace the order. So not only is she out of the money she spent for this order that she’s not even getting, Now she has to wait for that to get refunded and she’s not even able to place her sub order. We will never ever go back to this that Subway again!! We are very disappointed..

Honestly If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I came in tonight for a pickup order, it was very busy and the order wasn’t on the shelf. So I stood to the side, out of the way of any other customers or employees to wait for the order.

After about 2 minutes of me waiting, literally minding my own business, the manager on duty yelled down at me from where she was making sandwiches, in a very loud and condescending manner. Telling me that if I was waiting for a mobile order it would be on the shelf and to sit down… When I tried to ask about my order she said I’m busy I have no idea and again, told me to sit down.

Meanwhile a nice employee told me my order would be done in a few seconds.

While I’m continuing to wait a man stands up from a table across from her, angrily making her subs, and tries to ask about his order he’s been waiting on.. she uses the same condescending tone to address this customer and tell him to sit back down.

When I got my order I asked the employee why the manager was such a b!tch and she informed me that there was a call off that day which apparently sent said manager into whatever spiral she was in.

I’m an understanding person, but I ALWAYS do my best to treat people with kindness. The way she spoke was honestly appalling to think that she’s the manager and speaks to customers like that? Id hate to hear how she treats the employees.

I will note that I’ve never had a problem at this location before my interaction with her…

It is obvious that this store has a SERIOUS management problem. I have often visited Subways in other cities and am very pleased with the chain. But it seems this store forgot to read the franchisee handbook. Corporate shpuld really look into this sham operation. So now for my two cents:
Ordered online for pickup an hour later. Got to the store after receiving email stating it’s time to pickup. Order was not even started. After being told, “Can’t you see how busy we are?” by a very snotty associate, took order home (fifteen minutes after arriving for pickup). Cheesesteak was cold!!! Not just room temp…..ice cold meat and cheese!. After contact by manager next day who stated that cold was the normal way to serve a cheesesteak (WHAT?!), and they only heat them if the customer asks(?!?!?!), I just gave up. There’s far better places who deserve my patronage!

How dare you charge $25 to get your w2. I did speak to my lawyer. We’ll be suing you if my nephew doesn’t get his w2! You legally have to provide him with a free copy. Call your attorney before you start this battle over w2’s.

Placed my order online at 3:00pm 11/05/2024
Was to be ready at 3:30 well it’s now 4:13 and I’m just now leaving with my food so the initial half an hour wait and then almost a 45 minute wait after that . None of which is the ONE person on duty’s falt other then maybe trying to complete our order in between others orders . Majorly at fault wouor be whoever only scheduled one person for that time being . And if there was a supervisor on sight shame on them for not stepping out to help . We will no longer be returning to this location

Update: pretty positive they didn’t toast our subs as they’re cold what a waste of $40
