I wouldn’t think to review a Starbucks as I guess I just assume they’ll be great at making coffee and they’re so prevalent, why bother? However, two days in a row, I was afforded the opportunity to sit in their lobby at this Little Chute location and enjoy a pecan-flavored coffee. First, the young ladies who helped me were genuinely sweet and appreciative of my business. There were maybe 5 of them working in the morning and almost all, if not all, welcomed me (and others) when I walked in. They were courteous and helpful as I figured out what I wanted. They even brought my coffee to me instead of leaving it at the counter. I sat down and didn’t think to look up. Suddenly, it was on my table. So sweet!
Next, the music! Usually I hear that alternative coffee house crap that makes me think of driving into a light post. Instead, I heard Sign Your Name (Across My Heart), I Wonder If I Take You Home, and Back to Life! Lisa Lisa?!?! Awesome! So upbeat to start my Tuesday!

I come to this starbucks everyday and have come to realize that I am probably better off driving all the way to Appleton for starbucks because the employees at this location take forever to finish drinks. You will always be waiting longer then what the app says. Send some employees from Appleton here to figure this out cause this is bad.

Ordered for pickup before work at 6 AM through grubhub. Showed up at 6:20 AM to pick up on dec 29th 2925 and not a single soul at the store. This being so close to the highway in a high traffic area is unacceptable. The owner or manager needs to step down and have someone who cares take and take ownership and accountability. Dunkin wouldn’t let that happen or any other mom and pop shop who deserves to be in that location. Do better or get out. Terrible.

Sent my husband in for our order that said it was ready in the app and it took an additional 20 mins.. 30 in total. the whole point of ordering in the app is be quick, in and out. To top it off the drinks were also wrong but at that point we couldn’t wait any longer in the car with our kids. No one greeted my husband or asked how they could help him while he waited for the order. I watched several other couples go in and out of the Starbucks with their orders and we waited so long We will not be returning to this location. I get that weekends are busy but this was ridiculous for Starbucks standards. I have never dealt with this before.

We all know what to expect when we go to Starbucks with higher prices, with a decent coffee quality product in return. This specific location in Little Chute has a really nice new facility, but the customer service could easily improve on being far more assertive and friendly. I understand there’s a lot of multitasking at the customer service counter, and to-go window, but they do need to improve on being more friendly to the customers, given there’s loads of competition in this area for coffee. Otherwise, no other complaints.

The worst Starbucks in the Fox valley. How they’re so slow I don’t understand. Consistently 20-30 min wait times. Other Starbucks will ask the people waiting for their mobile order their name and move them up to get their drinks made, not here. Terrible service

Like all Starbucks expressive. Something I don’t think that is at all Starbucks is the employees close the tile a lot early than they are supposed too. So if your planning to go later don’t expect to use your credit card. My drink was delicious, if your going to Starbucks and you don’t know what to get I recommend the strawberry lemonade refresher. It’s not the correct name but if you ask for that they will give it to you. I also got a birthday cake pop, and the person I went with got a chocolate mocha.

They never get my order right. I ordered a pumpkin spice frappe and they gave me a latte. They never gave a receipt to my driver so I wasn’t able to get the issue fixed. Working in healthcare I don’t really have time to be waiting for things to be fixed anyway, just disappointed. My hot latte went in the trash as it would have been cold by the time I could drink it anyway. So thanks a lot.

Friendly staff brought our drinks in ceramic cups and breakfast items on real plates to the patio for us. Service was prompt and welcoming. This was perhaps the loveliest Starbucks we’ve been to!
