I ordered online and arrived a few minutes later. While waiting in my car, I watched the employees making my food. When they reached the register, before wrapping my order, one employee pretended to spit in his hand, very clearly and in front of another employee.
Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it was extremely unprofessional and made me uncomfortable about the cleanliness of my food. I walked in, grabbed my order, and left. This experience really put me off from returning.

Absolutely! One of the most filthy restaurants I have ever been to sticky soda and hair all over their soda tray with mold in it. The floor behind the counter had garbage all over it. The tables were disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been mopped or wiped down in ages and to top it all off, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for about 10 years. We were at least greeted on our way in and helped quickly

Showed up on Labor Day weekend. Matthew and another girl were there. Matthew helped us by himself, she continued to interrupt him- obviously interested in leaving and not helping. A large line formed behind us and he helped us all, great service from Matthew. Thank you buddy!

I stopped here about 2 minutes to 10:00 on a Friday night. The young man was ready to close up, but made me a sandwich anyway. He was polite and helpful even though I’m sure he was ready to shut down and go home. I know what an annoyance last second customers are sometimes.
My sandwich was great. The cookies were not as soft as they usually are, but it was the very end of the day. Excellent customer service.

Clean front end, dirty bathrooms, the service was fair. My meatball sub was short of quality, I’m pretty sure the ingredients we’re past the best if used by date.

I ordered online at this location. Don’t expect your order to be worked on a second before you walk in the door. I watched half a dozen people that hadn’t ordered get their food before I got mine. Very disappointing! I don’t blame the workers I blame the management who have always been nonexistent at this location.

We were passing through on our way to Topez mountain, We we’re greeted by a young man As soon as we opened the door.. (I believe his name was Taylor)… He was attentive to my food allergies very kind and respectful. The bread was deliciously fluffy and he made my day by having barbecue sauce!!! Salt lake doesn’t carry it anymore.
