During the warmer months, our pet friendly oasis overlooking the scenic Tiber River will be open for first come, first served seating. Since this is an outdoor space, our hours of operation may be impacted by weather.

I arrived after about 30 miles of bike riding from Silver Spring, so forgive me if I’m a tad effusive about the quality of both the beer and food. Also, I absolutely scale my star ratings by the cost of the meal, and this one didn’t break the bank. I had a margherita pizza, the house IPA and a bottle of water. The pizza, while not what you’d call a New York pizza, was a perfectly serviceable Maryland pie — thin crust, good flavor, not much edge crust. The beer was perfectly swillable (don’t tell my wife that I swiped her word). The water was — water. ♂️
The hostess/wait staff were pleasant and effective at their work. My pizza was delivered to my table in reasonable time, as were the drinks. Really, I have no notes to offer them. Just keep doing what you’re doing. I’ll return, when I’m next in the neighborhood.

Perfect spot next to the creek. Great service, solid beers. First come first serve. Crab cake sandwich was top notch. Dog friendly and they have heaters. Will definitely be back.

Fabulous food. Gluten free food options. No ciders on tap but there are a lot of options. My husband had the chicken sandwich that looked delicious.

The beer garden was excellent! A nice peaceful outdoor eating option with canned beer and access to the full tavern menu. Our server was also outstanding.
