Decent location to get your subs.
Friendly enough staff.
There was a line when we went but they handled it pretty quickly.

They didn’t spread out the chicken evenly in the sandwich so there was a lot more in the middle and the meat to sandwich ratio wasn’t even.

This location is in a strip mall with shared parking inside the twin creek shopping area, behind the burger King and taco Bell.
You can often find coupons for them in the mail. The most expensive sandwiches seem to be about $7.99 for a foot long.

The bread was fresh and fluffy when I got mine.
Don’t be afraid to ask for more of something if you feel they aren’t giving enough.

The gentleman behind the counter – Sandwich Artist – he impressed me. The coupon I had was rejected by the system. He went above and beyond to make it right. I appreciate his thinking and his customer service. Subway would be a better business all around with more men like that behind the register.

Such a CRAPPY experience we order subway from there app last night and we have 2 blts and 2 pizza we had the delivered they had no cheese on them as order and as you see there was little to no bacon , we also ordered 2 pizza everything was cold and so badly I called the store the lady told me I’d have to call the manager in the morning for a full refund well I did call and she wants me to bring everything in after there sitting in our trash outside I’m not going throw trash for this I have the proof of it won’t even give me a full refund so I’m going here and next I’m calling corporate because the customer service was handled so poorly it’s crazy! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION

My wife and I stopped in around 1100am, she got a wrap that was put in flat bread, the chicken “salad” is their rotisserie chicken with mayo. I got the ultimate ham, got to our destination and sat down to eat, my bread was old, had to tear away while biting and very chewy. The workers making our sandwich and wrap acted like we were doing a disservice by being there, than an older lady came out and looked equally happy. I also don’t appreciate “anything else” everytime after I put something on my sub.

Terrible, ordered online and chose the specific veggies we wanted and they added everything, toasted a sandwich we didn’t want toasted, didn’t add the sauces we requested, ruined them both completely and have to wait till Monday for a refund

People seemed very rushed. Ran out of steak, couldn’t seem to find more. So my sandwich that was a 12 inch became a 6 inch, after I got home and removed the meat, the other side. Called and staff refused to do anything about it.

Worker argued with me on toasting my sandwich. Was rushing me out of the store. Tried to check me out before I could even order my second sandwich. Paid for a kids meal and got no drink or anything with it. Very bad customer service. Very bland sandwiches. Will not be returning.

Very disappointed. Ordered through the mobile app. I took dressing off the sandwich and order processed with dressing. Got order with dressing. Also ordered extra cheese which I didn’t get. Call the store – no manager in the building. Was told manager would be in the next day. I go into the store. She tells me I can only get refund if I bring the sandwich in which I toss in the trash already. I ask for corporate or district mangers number. She then asked me if I know how to use goggle – find it ( which it’s not on google). Customer service socks from bottom to the top. So I paid almost $11 for a sandwich I never ate.

I can’t understand how a restraunt can operate with no manager on duty.

I rarely ever write bad reviews, but here it is. Went in today to get a sandwich. The guy making my sandwich was polite. No problems there. Once the sandwich was made he put it on the counter in front of a guy who was counting the drawer. (No idea why that couldn’t be done in the office but whatever) this guy proceeds to rudely push My sandwich back to the other counter and leave me just standing there waiting to pay. Didn’t say a word…just seemed annoyed that I would have to audacity to want to pay for my food. If he would have explained that he needed to count the drawer, I would have given him $15 and told him to keep the change. Instead, he waited until I got fed up with waiting and turned around and left without the food. Ridiculous. Their loss. Never coming here again.

Great Sandwich. Employees weren’t the friendliest but they did their job well. Didn’t have to wait, and the place was clean. Prices here went up some but that was to be expected with the rise in prices across the nation. I would definitely order from there again.
