I ordered at the front desk and was politely greeted by the server. Fast food has evolved due to online ordering and door dash so when I went in, even with myself being the only customer inside, they were diligently working to not only provide my order, but the orders of a random amount of people who were able to place their orders instantly. The nice worker who greeted me kept me updated from the kitchen to let me know the status of my order. I also noticed he may have started recently so at one point he needed help with the register and the manager impressed me with how calm and politely she showed him how to work the computer. Very cohesive atmosphere, I want my wings prepared by happy people and they proved to be worth my order

I ordered online delivery and received an order that was incorrect and lesser in value than what I paid. When I called the store, the person I spoke to gave me 2 options: either bring the food that was delivered back to the store and they can give me another order (which the whole point of my ordering delivery was so that I wouldn’t have to leave my home) or speak to the general manager about a refund. I chose the latter option. They said the general manager wasn’t there that evening, so they could only take down my name and phone number and have the manager call me. I never received a call. This is poor service and essentially a mild theft in my opinion.

I called in to make an order a little after 3 o’clock and asked for it to be ready at 4:10. I was asked to call back in 10 min because the manager was in a meeting and the worker did not know how to put the order in to be ready at 4:10, so I instead called back at 3:45 so my order would be ready at 4:10 and I was placed on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up and called back and then another employee picked up and asked me to hold again I was on hold for six minutes I hung up and called back then I waited four more minutes before anybody answered that call and when the lady answered, she asked me to hold again I said I had been on hold for 15 minutes already and she said I know there’s people in my lobby and put me on hold again. Really shouldn’t be that hard to take orders over the phone and also multitask with people picking up in the lobby. Sounds to me like there needs to be new management at this location.

I ordered 3 wing flavors, both dry rub (lemon pepper) and sauced (mild and garlic parm,) plus fries and 2 beverages. First, the wings were barely warm. None of the wings had any sauce, and the only flavors were grease and salt. They were so salty (even the 5 dry rub) I couldn’t finish one wing, let alone 35. I had one bite of each wing then threw the rest in the trash. The fries were cold, like they were sitting out forever, and after I microwaved them they were soggy. My drinks order was wrong and the Sprites I received were super watered down and tasted weird. I’ll absolutely never order from here again. (The delivery driver isn’t to blame; I live 6 minutes from here and she came right to my house. There’s no reason that my food would be cold/barely warm, and my drinks watered down, other than the restaurant sucks.)

My daughter was picking up an order at this Wingstop and was treated extremely unprofessionally by an employee. She was verbally berated for coming into the store during bad weather, the worker yelled from the back “ Who the _ _ _ _ is coming in with this weather”with comments implying she “shouldn’t be out getting food in this weather,” followed by aggressive language simply because my daughter was walking away and forgetting her drink. The worker yelled from” Your forgetting you’re _ _ _ _ _ _ drink”!

Regardless of the weather or situation, no customer should ever be spoken to in a hostile or disrespectful manner. This interaction was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this behavior promptly. I regret that I can’t write verbatim word for word what came out of that workers mouth. Thanks to the cameras it will all be confirmed on the footage.
That employee shouldn’t ever be allowed to work with the public.

This was my first time at this location. I walked in placed my order the women taking the order was helpful. I placed my order and waited in the lobby while waiting I was looking at reviews of the store and was very nervous that my food would be bad. While waiting I noticed the lobby hasn’t been clean in who knows how long. Rugs and floors are dirty. There is a spot on the wall by the bench where someone was kicking the wall with their shoes. So I just stood and waited. The guy behind said 7 more min okay that’s fine. He gave me everything I ordered so went home and food was DELICIOUS hot and fresh. Only 2 people working and the women left at some point and it was just the guy working.

Worst wing stop ever. I guess they stop taking orders after midnight even though they close at 1 but the payment will go through and won’t even offer to make your food. They just said we will refund you and that’s it. Taco Bell is down the street. Just go there.

By far the absolute WORST experience I have ever had at any restaurant!! I placed an order online and scheduled a pickup time for a little over an hour. Upon arriving over an hour later, the lobby was packed full of customers and nobody seemed to know what was going on. The 1 employee, who finally decided to come up front, did not ask for names, or offer any assistance. Long story short, I waited for over an hour! I had picked up Chinese food from the restaurant a few doors over, for another member of my household, and that food was now getting cold. I explained to one employee that I had been waiting for over an hour, with little to no response from her. I finally got frustrated and told her to cancel my order and left. I have never been so upset! After finally tracking down a customer service number (which took an extensive online search), in order to make a verbal complaint, I was assured that the incident would be reported. Not only did I never hear from anyone from Wingstop, I also was never reimbursed. To this day, I still have never had a chance to try their food!
