Every now and then, that craving for a Philly cheesesteak hits — and in Naples, there’s only one right answer: cheesecake.com. Hands down, they serve the best Philly in town. Shoot SWFL. I traveled from Georgia just to try one of their sandwiches, and I have to say it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in until I left, the service was outstanding and a huge part of the experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I’m already counting down the days until my next visit. . . My preferred seating is outdoors because the weather is beautiful but watch out for gecko’s lol their cute but I’m not much a fan of them.

We had friends come into town and we ordered from here. We are from Philly suburbs so we’re excited to try an authentic cheese steak local. Unfortunately with the prices I didn’t realize how small a half was. I wish I took a picture. The sandwich was good but not great. For the high price I won’t be back. Friend said experience was good. Rolls were good . Cooper sharp is a must.

Okay, let me just say, this is the real deal! I’m from California and never had a good cheesesteak, my husband is from Pennsylvania, so trust me when I say he knows a good cheesesteak when he taste one. We actually spoke with the owner, Nicole and found out she’s from Philly, so I figured we were in good hands, and wow, she did not disappoint!
The cheesesteak was packed with flavor, the meat was juicy and tender, and the cheese melted perfectly into every bite. My husband even said it tastes just like home. If you’re in Naples and craving an authentic Philly cheesesteak, this is 100% the spot. So, so good! Our Philly was gone in seconds!!!

Unfortunately, the service experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning.
I initially attempted to order online, but the item I wanted didn’t allow the same customization options (adding lettuce and tomato) that other menu selections did. Since it seemed like a straightforward request, I drove to the location to inquire about placing an order in person.
From the moment I asked about the modification, the interaction with the cashier/owner (Nicole) was curt and unwelcoming. Her tone felt unnecessarily sharp, and her demeanor noticeably different from how other customers were being treated. I’m mindful that everyone has off days, and I try not to overreact — but the tension was consistent throughout the exchange.
Despite the interaction, I still placed the order and left a tip because I wanted to give the business a fair opportunity. While the sandwich tasted good, the overall experience didn’t justify the higher price point compared to other local options that offer both quality food and professional service.
I had hoped this would be my new neighborhood go-to. Unfortunately, the service overshadowed the food.

Fantastic cheesteaks! Full of really good meat, plus onions if so desired. Just like old school Philly Cheesesteaks, no green peppers. Fabulous service! And the Bay Fries are my favorite! Best cheesesteaks in SWFL, totally satisfies taste of Philly. 3 TV’s playing sports, nice to watch UofM and Ohio State (go Wolverines). And frozen Cheesesteak Dumplings to go to satisfy cravings for cheesesteak any time. Love the fries, fresh cut, tastes so much better than frozen frues. Totally worth the drive!

HANDS DOWN the BEST cheesesteaks I’ve had!!! Food and service are consistently 6 stars out of 5 every time I’ve visited. Nicole and everyone there are always friendly, positive, and super helpful! You HAVE to go here if you haven’t been, you won’t regret it. You’ll end up just like me, coming back over and over again… Seeded bun, Onions, Cooper’s American cheese & the WIZ is the way to go! The dumplings are out of this world, and one day I’ll order ahead to get the cheesesteak [egg] rolls, I’m sure they’ll be just as great, if not better.
