While at klopps , two older ladies arrive. They order drinks then try the gaming machines. When both of the machines (Not just one…) failed to allow them their tickets to cash out one of them request help from the bartender. The bartenders unprofessional response left me speechless!! She very rudely responded to the elderly woman requesting help . For this to happen in such a fine establishment was appalling!! The first elderly woman lost upwards of 25 dollars , the second one lost upwards of 50 dollars .I was so disgusted I will take my business elsewhere. Based solely on the bartenders lack of professionalism I would not be surprised if more customers do the same .this incendent occurred during a slower time position , before two on a Saturday afternoon. (ABSOLUTELY no excuse for such a rude response to a customer!! )
Also , even tho the bartender failed miserably in assisting – two other patrons had attempted to help but we’re also unsuccessful. If one can not deal well with customers – one ought not be in the customer service postition.

I don’t drink, but I can tell you that the owner of this bar (that her grandfather started) is a pillar of the community. She knows everyone, people feel welcome here, and she is so willing to contribute to activities and fundraising events in our small town. She even makes meals for people who have no place to go for a holiday such as Thanksgiving. I admire her.

It a great old bones bare with a classic bar atmosphere with some modern day updates. They sell these fresh never frozen ready to bake anytime or freeze it for later, but in my opinion the Aloha Pizza is the best. Just call 24 Hours ahead place your order $12 a pie which is a great deal or they have a few extras at the bar in the cooler and ready to go right into the oven.

Went here to escape the rain while camping near by, went the first night, and enjoyed it so much we had some friends come join us for a second night. Bartenders were very helpful and had a wide selection. Prices are more than fair there. Pretty nice atmosphere, everyone was pretty relaxed.

Called at 6 o’clock to inquire about pizzas. Was told they had many options and was actually told some pricing. Stopped by 6:45 PM wanted to order a cheese pizza and two others. I believe they only had five pizzas in the house and not one of them was cheese. What a unfortunate situation for them. We won’t be back.

A little hard to get past the locals but once your settled in this is a decent little place. Drinks were good and strong. Bartender was pleasant. Didn’t eat but the bar was clean and the bathrooms were well kept.
