I ordered at the drive thru, Immediately greeted by a super nice voice, she took my order and put a smile on my face. She must be management, if not, she should be. My checkout was the same, relatable, engaging and polite, also with a smile.

Went to the Dunkin this morning. They gave us a coffee that tasted absolutely disgusting. We asked them if they can remake it at the window. They went to the back for two minutes, came back with the exact same coffee and told us to have a good day. Absolutely unbelievable.

I had a 3-hour drive ahead of me and stopped here for hash browns and an iced chai tea. I already had a muffin and wanted something more substantial than what I brought with me from home. I should have double-checked my order because instead of giving me hash browns they just gave me another muffin which I already had. Crappy start to a 3-hour drive and work day. No time to turn back.

Service here is outstanding especially in the morning but what happened to the frosted donut. Thought maybe an unhappy employee but nope. The machine they hired to frost their donuts don’t wanna do its job. So it bearly frosts the donuts. When you order a frosted donut you expect there to a good amount of frosting. Not in these cases. There’s bearly enough frosting for you to even taste it.
Highly disappointed. The dunkin next to walmart has amazing frosted donuts.

Absolutely amazing service! Janine and Codi are fabulous employees! They greet me with respect and amazing customer service and even have made a bond with my son because we go every morning. My coffee is always made perfectly and definitely with love. Would highly recommend this dunkin. I genuinely think it’s the best dunkin in Rhode Island.

This one’s redone but now they have no money for heat. It was 56 in there. Totally ridiculous in early February. Decent food. Decent service. But took the bathroom and the heaters out. Very odd, in a brand new building!
