Food was great. Ordering was a little confusing. They have you write your order on pre-printed pads, but most of their specialty sandwiches weren’t on there, so I’m not sure how you order those. Two employees were working, and it took a fairly long time to make two wraps because they only did one order at a time. I was very confused. The employees were very nice, though. Only one size soup bowl was available.

The food is decent but the service is pretty bad. There is often no one at the check out counter & they don’t really try to get there quickly. Often times there is no one at all in the front & you have to yell to the back to get someone to come out.
They make sandwiches in house but they do it very slowly; at busy times it’s not uncommon for them to take a 20 mins or more to finish a sandwich. I’ve had them misplace my order & not even start it for 30 mins.

Incompetent employees. Went here twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch and both times the service was appalling, I went back after the first time thinking it may have just been a weird fluke experience. Not sure how they function with more than 2 customers in the building. They got us mixed up with the one other customer there both times. Cucumbers in salad were slimy and gross. The manager didn’t understand how the meal vouchers from the MST tour worked.
That being said with a few minor changes they could be quite good.
The vegetable soup was amazing.

So, I’m a bit of a regular here, given I come here to use points from my school meal plan.

Keeping in mind this is ‘school food’ I have to say it’s pretty great. They do happen to run out of popular soups like Mac n Cheese early, but that’s the risk you take at a place that makes everything fresh.

Is it a little expensive for what you get, sure it can be. But at the same time, $10 for a sandwich, soup and a drink isn’t too bad.

Idk, I’m biased since I live next door, and over the summer I can only imagine how not busy it is, but I enjoy eating here during the school year, and it’s a lot better than some other on campus options, with pleanty of variety.

This is a great place for a bite a step above the rest. Coffee is pretty good to, usually a darker roast than I prefer but well made. For a college student this is a great place to go for a nice treat or some much needed caffeine.

Im not sure bakery is the right term. I went in expecting a BAKERY and it looks like a chain slightly upscale version of a Panera/Subway crossover. I will say that the food I had the was pretty good. I got the BLT and the bread was good and had some kind of marinated tomatoes that made it more flavorful than your standard BLT. If you go in expecting a sandwich and chips or soup you’ll be pleasantly surprised. If you go in expecting a wonderland of baked goods, you’re gonna get croissants and muffins. Which again, aren’t bad, but not the unique baked goods I was hoping for when I saw the term “bakery” in the French name.

Let’s start with the lack of service. The girl behind the counter could almost not be bothered to acknowledge that we were waiting for her to stop her conversation with her work buddy to do her job. With 5 workers and 3 patrons in the place, it should not take 5 mins before anyone notices we want to order food.
Next: food hygiene. If you have gloves on you should not be opening containers of any kind without changing the gloves before handling food. Also, you should not be touching your face, hair or putting things in the trash without changing gloves to continue food service. That’s the point of gloves. The whole scene left my wife to abandon the idea of them preparing food for her. She opted for self serve soup.
Food: for a “bakery” with “fresh” bread, to be out of something as basic as white bread is hard to believe. The baguette used in its place was bordering on day old stale. Not a good start to a turkey club. The rest of the sand which failed to clear this low bar. Old man butt would have had better flavor. I had to wash every bite down with soda. As for the soup, it was almost devoid of flavor. The vegetables were the only flavors, no splices whatsoever. Not even a little salt or pepper could be detected. And about as hot as warm tap water.
Cost: a small sandwich, cup of soup and a soda for $15. Really. I’m not in an airport past security. This is right next to campus, in a small town. I will happily pay for quality, but this was anything but.

A through disappointment. I will not go back. Don’t waste your time or money.

Amazing customer service! Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile! The coffee and lattes are awesome! And the food is great too! My favorite place to eat in Rolla.

While at first I didn’t like them becuase they bought out my favorite coffee place the kind and attentive service has won me over. The people who work here are really great and the foods not bad either.

While it’s just a little bit pricey, the food here is incredible and there is quite a variety. Great for if you’re looking for something like a Panera, but on a slightly smaller scale.
