Employees are super nice and helpful. It’s obvious they spend a lot of time and effort here every day to make sure we really get the best service possible. They always have all the food out even when it’s late at night and they’re close to close. They’re always super clean and their lobby is always picked up. They always have smiles in their face and even when they’re close to close, they’ll put down whatever they’re closing to go attend to me love this chipotle it’s my main one and being a loyal customer always gives you perks. This place is the worst. I always pay for double protein due to the miserable portions Chipotle serves in general. Even paying double protein at this branch gives you the equivalent to one portion served at the Vernon Hills location. The manager here gave excuses when we proved they are over charging for protein. Chipotle should put measures in place to ensure customers receive what they pay for. I guess giving smaller portions leaves them good profits at the expense of customers

I have no idea why the reviews for this location are bad. So far my portions and quality have stayed consistent and the place is really clean. I’m leaving this a 5 star for now because that’s how it’s been since it opened. If you really want a 1-2 star experience go to the Deerfield chipotle location, then get back to me if you disagree. I literally think that location is the worst one I’ve been to in my life so maybe my reviews are skewed… But hey, it’s just my opinion

Their guacamole is always brown, their chips are never fully cooked, they don’t restock ingredients and they just seem very disorganized. I don’t trust that they understand food safety.
