24/7 SUBWAY? YES SIR! WHO doesn’t love a Subway at their service around the clock? I mean, it’s pretty cool that the Aquarius has this location in their casino/resort for all guests and visitors. I took advantage of this spot in the morning. The sandwiches were decent, I just think they took my sandwich out of the toaster too early or the veggies were dry. I appreciated the cheery staff, they had a good attitude.

Stood in line aprx25 minutes, three employees behind counter. 1st lady comes to me (after laughing and talking to last customer) rolling her eyes didn’t speak or change her gloves. I figure I’ve been waiting just keep going so I said footlong Italian herbs and cheese she proceeds to grab the bread toss it on counter and then ask what cheese I laughed and said American. She passes it to the next individual which looks at me and moves my sandwich back and take the next sandwich of the individual behind me. I said what are you doing she says oh your getting a sandwich I laughed again and told her to add cucumbers, spinach and pickles. She added about 5 pickles I said add a few more she stared at me like I was robbing her. Another employee yells over her shoulder that they can’t do anything extra, I stated if I’m paying for my sandwich and anything extra I don’t see what the problem is. He says yeah nothing extra and rolled his eyes. Needless to say I left her standing there with a partially made sandwich. Customer service is your number one goal and that was failed at first approach.

I visited this location stood in line and waited a while. While in waited on line I decided to place a mobile order to help make my visit more efficient, because they won’t have to charge me at the register. I placed the mobile order and when it was my turn to order I let them know I had a mobile order they told me my order will be ready in 15 minutes 1055. They got the bread meat and cheese as if they were going to work on my sandwich. I asked where to wait and they said wait on the side. I saw my sandwich just sitting there for a few minutes and the others behind me getting there food, paying then leaving. I asked the manager if there was a reason why my unfinished sandwich was just sitting there. She said it will be ready at 1055. “I said that’s not right and cancel my order”.
I waited in line, it was my turn and she left my unfinished sandwhich sitting on the counter and could have made my sandwich when it was my turn but she skipped it. Why would you go out of your way to not make my sandwich when you had the opportunity. I still haven’t received a refund, The only way to get a hold of customer service is to send an email and I did several times and haven’t received a response in several months. What a joke!

I’m surprised that the ingredients look so old and not at all fresh being that the line was out the door. I would have expected the ingredients to not even have time to go bad since they seem to have enough clientele to use up and replenish as they go.

We grabbed a sandwich to take to our room, and Junior was busy (this boy needs a raise) he can multitask better than me and he is so friendly and pleasant .. Subway, needs to have Junior teach customers service. I’ve never done a review, but I’ve never been this impressed with such a hard working young man!! Step it up Subway and recognize him as a great asset !!

Check your to go orders before leaving. One of my sandwiches was supposed to be a footlong and I only got a 6in. Needless to say that this is an inconvenience, while the other half of my party is already enjoying their subs, I had to spend my time trying to get it corrected. No apology provided whatsoever. They offered to make the other half. Horrible customer service!!! Like literally costs nothing to express empathy for the mistake and provide an apology! Check your orders. They looked at me like I was trying to get a free 6in .

Went to get coffee in the morning. 1st time they only had enough coffee for one cup I asked for 2. The 2nd time I walked up there was no one out there. I said hello and a young man comes out from the back. I again asked for coffee this time there was none. That’s so sad they have kids working there that don’t know how to be on top of it.
