Cook Out was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish! As soon as I walked in, I could smell the delicious aroma of freshly grilled burgers and crispy fries. Ordered a cherry cheesecake shake. Come to find out it was chocolate and cherry. Person who was at the register was rude and didn’t give me a chance to even ask for my receipt. Also no phone option to call store directly.

My husband has always been a fan of Cook Out restaurants. To be honest, I usually notice a lot of difference between the quality of food between restaurants. I was happy to see the Newberry now has a Cook Out. The food at this location was the freshest, best tasting that I have ever received at a Cook Out. Keep it up and we will be back!

We went to a drive through only unless they are all like that. Didn’t really care for because we were traveling and wanted to stretch our legs. But the worker was super friendly and my burger was way better than I expected. Will go again

We have only gotten milkshakes but they are always awesome! We went in once to get them because we had our large trailer and the way the building is makes it loud inside. Plus they have metal chairs which are very loud when moved across the floor. If you have issues will a lot of noise in recommend sticking to the drive thru.
