Food presentation was good. But the thing is it’s a little over priced and to be honest the chicken wings were good and the fish, but the sides was not it, that Mac and cheese was not giving baked Mac and cheese it tasted like stove made. And to be that pricey it should at least tasted better than that. Not to mention the candied yams, those taste like they were canned yams not candied yams. I honestly expected better given how pricey it was. The taco is too salty, less salt and it would’ve been good. But overall I’ll give this a 6/10

The best part was the Shelby Palmer for sure. The Philly was great too. The fries and wings didn’t do it for me though but that may also be the flavor I chose. I’d definitely recommend trying them out tho!

If you’re in the Killeen area you have to stop by Shelby’s Food Truck. Her food is super delicious and always fresh. Ashley is friendly, provides excellent customer service and loves all her customers. My favorite thing on the menu is her amazing Philly Cheese Steak Egg Rolls it’s to die for but her Mac & Cheese and fried chicken is by far the best in Killeen. Oh and don’t forget her Strawberry Kiwi Lemonade so good it’s better than Kool-aid.

Ms.Shelby’s food is literally for the soul. The food itself is so delicious and seasoned to perfection it made my eyes roll. The atmosphere and food truck is very clean which is key for food prep. Your food is prepared fresh and that is always worth the wait, which wasn’t long at all. Lastly the owner Ms.Shelby is so sweet and caring, she came to my car to check if I needed anything. Subpar customer service. If you want to be treated kindly and fed well come here! Your cheating yourself going anywhere else for Soul Food . This is it!

Visiting from out of town (VA) so this was my first time here, The catfish fillets were big and the cornmeal was well seasoned. I also order wings that were delicious and perfectly season and fried to perfection!!! Collards were obviously fresh, not seasoned to perfection. The Mac and cheese was phoenminal as well and covered in cheese. I will definitely be back to try other entrées on the menu!
