I recently visited the Chipotle’s new location in Westlake, Ohio, situated at 25350 Detroit Road. Overall, I had a positive experience with a few minor considerations.
Service and Food Quality:
The service was prompt, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. The flavors were delightful, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the preparation.
Seating Space:
While the food and service impressed me, I must mention that the inside seating area is not very spacious. If you prefer a more roomy dining experience, consider visiting during off-peak hours or opting for outdoor seating if available.

This is the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Burrito was wrapped properly so it didn’t fall apart and all the special drinks were in stock. All the staff work together really well here. One of them calls out “steak burrito!” So that the cashier can start ringing it up as they’re making it. Very good teamwork and clean restaurant.

Liam runs a tight ship over there. There is never crazy long lines, service has always been great, and they’re never out of stuff. Compared to the other local one in Rocky River, which is completely awful. This location should be the standard on how a chipotle is run.

Tiny portion sizes at this location. The brown rice tub was nearly empty so the server scraped enough so the cold/hard rice barely covered the bottom of the bowl. The few pieces of carne asada I received were good, but small. Customer service was very poor. Will not return to this location.

Wanted to take the time to share the last two excellent experiences I have had at this location. Everyone has been very friendly, everything was very fresh, including the Sofritas, which is huge for a vegetarian. Some chipotle locations do not always take the time to keep a fresh amount available, but I was very happy both times here. Very generous portions as well. I will continue to frequent this chipotle location.
