Let me first state the food is great, service is just the worst.
We go to this location all the time, we love the drive thru option and have always got great service in the evenings. But just went to get pizza for a lunch event and the service was HORRIBLE. My first time getting pizza before 5pm.
I put an online order the night before, for a specific pick up time. I picked option “Drive thru”. No where in my order, or online, does it say IF you put in 5 or more Pizzas you can’t pick drive thru. But the girl with the tattoos working today, who said she is the manager, told me it is “Company Policy” that she couldn’t pass me my order through the window and needed me to come inside. I’ve never had to do that before. I’ve ordered large orders before and have ALWAYS had them handed through the window. This order was only 8 medium Pizzas, nothing special. So when I asked if she can bring out to my car, she said yes. But after 5 minutes she never came out. I ended up going in to get my pizzas, even though I had a drive thru option. There was only one person in side waiting on his order. She was in the back not doing anything. She was not friendly, unapologetic, and rude. The other member was just as bad. They even tried to take my pizzas out of my hand when I went to grab them off the counter. As if I wasn’t gonna get them because I already paid for them.
Shame, this has always been the best Little Caesars to go to, won’t be going back anytime soon and will be telling others not to go either.

I stopped by here about 9:15 this evening, about 45 minutes before they closed. It’s been a long week, I’m exhausted, and I didn’t want to cook. I was craving some good soft crazy bread and a hot and ready to go pizza.
What I was served was some stale crazy bread, several of which look like the dough had not risen. Those ones were literally the size of my index finger. That is not what crazy bread is supposed to look like. They were too hard to even chew.
The pizza was lukewarm at best, and there were spots of cheese on top that were burnt.
I guess the workers here tonight care more about walking out the door right at 10:00 p.m., instead of making fresh pizzas at 9:00 p.m. so that people who are coming in (on a Friday night, mind you) have fresh food to eat. Instead they’re worried about getting out the door, so they’re serving old garbage that’s been sitting in the warmer for far too long.
I will not be back here. This is absolutely absurd. Now I have to eat cereal for dinner after I spent $15 for food that is garbage.
This is pretty typical of the food I receive nowadays here in Colorado Springs. Everything is just pretty much terrible.

Never have anything hot definitely Never ready. I’ve been waiting 25 minutes. I asked for my receipt and it showed that I made my purchase at 4:19. My pizza was not given to me until for forty two. When asked the manager about it, he said because of online orders.When I made my order, the lady told me they were waiting on one pizza.It literally took twenty five minutes to make one pizza.This location never has anything ready.Anything.Hot and you always have to wait. I understand that is ran by a bunch of lazy twenty year old. But this is totally unacceptable and definitely does not reflect your company in a good light. I wish he would replace the crew or at least the manager with somebody who actually gave a crap about your customers and what you stand for. Highly disappointed

Ordered a pizza and crazy bread with an extra sauce and got no sauce at all.. not even the one that comes with the crazy bread. You should probably hire better people with actual skills in food service.

We went through the drive thru and the service was great. The people were really friendly and they gave us our order right away. There wasn’t any waiting around. The pizzas were freshly made so we got our pizzas while they were still extremely hot. It was delicious!!

“Hot and ready” is a literal joke at this location. they tell you to park, along with minimum 5 other people so there’s no spots. during the week, weekend, doesn’t matter. everytime we come here we are waiting 30 minutes for cheaply made pizza… and if you’re lucky, you MIGHT get everything you ordered. otherwise, they’ll make you wait again to make the items missed… like i am as i type this.

I find it very inconvenient and stupid rule that you guys don’t take $50 bills on an order that’s $36. You telling me you don’t have $14.
I highly suggest you go somewhere else. Domino’s Pizza is where I went and they’re $2 cheaper for the exact same order and to be honest, they taste way better.
Didn’t even bother to upsell me a couple liters of soda to get my order up to where I could use the $50 bill.

Usually I never have problems at this location but it should be addressed. Went here for just Italian cheese bread and first was told 25 minutes at the speaker. Then arrive at the window they said 30-40 minute wait due to “having to make everything from scratch” . I ended up placing my order and coming back to half ass made Italian cheese bread that wasn’t good at all (as you can see from the pic below) . Not impressed and highly disappointed.

Order was wrong. Staff have no name tags and refuse to tell what their names are. You are expected to wait another 20 minutes after already waiting 20 minutes for them to fix your incorrect order. Also won’t give managers name. Go to any little Caesar’s location but this one!

Walked into the store and did not see any workers. I ordered through the app and was able to get my order through the portal. When I got home I found a pizza that was undercooked. I tried to eat it because I was quite hungry. I could not finish the slice. I will not return.
