This will be a new go-to spot for light breakfast and coffee. I had a simple Italian latte which was rich and smooth; definitely the best latte I’ve had in the area. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a croissant was also delicious! Atmosphere was great as well. 10/10 experience.

A great new place to work! It’s way more spacious inside than it looks from the road. I was so glad they had decaf and dairy alternatives, both almond milk and oat milk. My latte was amazing! They also had some nice gluten-free options for lunch. I had chicken salad on lettuce with olives and tomatoes. It was delicious. They said they could do gluten-free options for breakfast too, like a double egg and ham without bread. I’ll be back and I I would definitely recommend! Oh, and the prices were very reasonable and the Wi-Fi was fast.

What a great find! Zia Maria is a wonderful Italian oriented cafe. The coffees are made correctly and taste great. The food is fantastic, and pastries are to die for. They are the real deal. But the best part is the warmth and hospital you receive from the owner Maria and staff. Kimberly is ALWAYS there to serve with a smile. So glad I found this hidden gem. Stop in – you won’t be disappointed.

Tucked in a strip mall there’s a lovely little gem in the Bunnell area. Service was friendly & delicious food. Whatever you choose, breakfast, lunch or sweets it’ll be made with love. They also sell a mix of a few items. Breads, cookies, sauces etc.
Relaxing and inviting vibe. Thank you Zia!

Lovely little cafe serving fresh sandwiches and soups, Italian pastry, and gelato. I had a prosciutto sandwich that was perfectly balanced: the balsamic and tomato were perfect together and often these sandwiches are dripping with too much balsamic. I’d also recommend the potato salad.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They clearly care about the food, and the people, they serve.

I come here usually on Saturday mornings with my groups, but today I just felt like a special cup of something and I got it, I figured it was time to write a review. This establishment really deserves an exotic grotto or courtyard location. You just don’t expect such character based on the external appearance, I love this place. It’s a sigh of relief in a town like this generally devoid of attention to care from the owners . The coffee I purchased is Nonna’s Pistachio something or other and it was divine. I need to work on remembering things for the review but tis is life. Cheers

Have loved the lunch paninis I’ve tried but my favorite is always the bagel sandwiches! Love stopping by here in the mornings. The girls are always so friendly and the atmosphere is always so pleasant.

Went to Zia Maria’s for a quick coffee and bite to eat. I picked up two iced coffees and two Taylor ham and egg sandwiches. Everything was made in a reasonable amount of time. The sandwiches were great and the iced coffee was pretty good.

I had the most delicious lunch today at Zia Maria’s Caffe! The atmosphere inside this quaint little restaurant is so warm and welcoming. It truly has that family feel! The decor is gorgeous, and the bakery cases are full of all sorts of treats makes you feel like you’re really in Italy! I ordered the special of the day, which was a chicken pesto panini with prosciutto, a hot chai latte, and a box of pastries to take home to my kids. The panini was flavorful, fresh, and filling, and it came with a side of imported tomato-flavored chips that were incredible. The chai latte was rich and perfectly crafted. And all of the kids loved the cookies and treats I brought home for them! Everything was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back and try the gelato! I highly recommend Zia Maria’s! It would be a great place for a casual meetup with a friend or a nice lunch date.
