I wanted to eat fresh while traveling, so I came to subway and ordered a sub sandwich. The sandwich artists made me a great sandwich and they were very nice, which was cool. The lady in charge of the sauce was very respectful to my sandwich and made sure to ask for consent before adding too much sauce. I felt like a part of the subway crew as my sandwich transitioned from a humble piece of bread into a personalized culinary creation.
The store was very clean and had an attractive aesthetic. I felt like I was a person inside a commercial, which was cool since I always wanted to be in a commercial when I was a kid. There was a very cool “photo op” in the store which I took advantage of. This is probably my favorite picture of myself. Thank you, Subway of Valley City.

This location is awesome! They’re always on time and the staff is really friendly! The food is also amazing! This location doesn’t jip you on any ingredients in your sub. I order all the time or even go in sometimes. The only downside is when they are short staff. But even then, it’s worth it. Just need a little patience.

I just went in at 330 after work to get two subs was greeted by a disgruted old man with white hair and goate he didn’t greet me and huffed when I walked in the door and after my sandwich was made he told me after that they were out of avacadoe and ordered the stack and avacadoe after he had made it told me they were out of avacadoe I asked for another sandwich and was greeted with” really man” and he got hostile and told me I had a attitude he proceeded to kick me out terrible customer service as always I dont know how they got awarded for 2024 place to eat dont eat or waste money here you’ll just get yelled at by old men

We order subs occasionally, they are usually ready to pick up when we arrive. Bread is usually good & service is prompt but they really short change toppings. Like a few subs we have gotten are just barren. Meat and maybe a few bits of lettuce and tomatoes. I like more vegetables than the sub can hold.
Do not order the pretzels they are always way over cooked .. we have fed the last 4 to our dog.

The staff was not friendly. They were all in a rush, complaining of who was getting done with work, and when, and when I knindly asked the male worker to change his gloves before adding my son’s veggies to his salad (due to cross contamination because he has celiacs), the worker got really “upset” with me, and huffed off. Wouldnt recommend going back!

Whenever the boss is there the food gets made right through mobile order or in person. But when she isn’t there your order doesn’t get made right! No extra ingredients and missing ingredients. 99 percent of the time my mobile orders are made wrong because boss isn’t there. Even one time I was told by a QUINTON to bring my food back cause it was missing ingredients!! I highly recommend to not order through their mobile app as the employees will take advantage of it and screw your order up completely. In person is best so you can correct their mistakes ♀️

My order is always done to my liking, the staff is always nice as well. During the rushes, they get a bit behind but that is acceptable for the amount of people normally ordering at one time. Facilities are normally clean and the atmosphere is nice. It was a regular spot for me to grab lunch during the summer since I work nearby but I still visit often for a meal when I am in the mood for a great wrap or sub.

Usually good, but i had a very very bad experience today. The lady working grunted and rolled her eyes every single time I asked for something. The staff here is usually not the happiest and most welcoming in my experience. It puts me in a bad mood, and no establishment should make customers feel that way.
