Bad Experience. Would not recommend.
It’s a beautiful and very attractive building with easy entrance and exits from Franklin Ave, walking inside it’s expectations of being immaculate has been met. The decorun were beautiful pictures on the wall while it’s ambiance is always casual as this is a “FAST FOOD” establishment. Why did I place fast food in capitals and quotations. I’ll get there…
So I go to order and I see customer 1(C1) waiting with a soda. Customer 2(C2) was ordering from the kiosk which took them some time. Me(C3) is looking to order and the CASHIER says that if I’m ready to order, I can use the kiosk. So, since you don’t know me, I’ll tell you, I DON’T LIKE USING KIOSK’S BECAUSE I DON’T WORK AT THE STORE. So I said “are you making people use the kiosk and she replied” we are encouraging them to use the kiosk. In laymen’s term that was a yes because she never offered to ring me up. I place my orders and C2 received their food at the same time another customer C4 walks in and heads straight to the kiosk to order. 6 minutes later customer C4 received her food. At this point C1 inquires of his food and walks out with drink in hand, frustrated, enters his work van. I’m still wondering about my food and then a previous customer walks in to bring back the food to express concerns about items missing. C5 walks in and I still haven’t received my food neither has C1.
Moving on, I finally received my taco, opened it and it’s split in half and stuck to the paper. I have to eat it bottom first because it’s falling apart.
What I’m perplexed about is, I had to use the kiosk to order but I had to go to the cashier to give her my money I guess ordering and taking the money at the time of purchase, has faded. By the way, she was going to let me walk out without paying until I place the money in the air, handing it to her.
I am so amazed that the manager didn’t get involved while all of this was transpiring. Lol!!! Oh well, customers are flowing in here. I hope they improve!
